It’s difficult to say which is the best. The apartment is perfect in most every way but then Albert is also the perfect host. He has worked in hospitality and it shows in his attention to detail regarding the apartment and also his commitment to ensuring the stay is smooth and enjoyable. We stayed for four weeks and wish it could have been longer. The area is a jewel with lots to do and see with a combination of dramatic coast line and ancient villages and towns to visit inland. The restaurants are superb and if you follow Albert’s suggestions then you will not go wrong. We have travelled in Spain for some years and think that this is the combination of the best apartment and the best area to enjoy the best that Spain has to offer.

Even if the yacht stays at the dock, it's a great experience sleeping on this boat which is beautiful and very well maintained. Unusual accommodation, but very comfortable, spacious, and quiet location. We'll be back!

We spent a week's vacation in this home with 3 children aged 5, 8 and 10. The place is super functional. Everything is well thought out, practical and cozy! Jaume was always very responsive in our exchanges! I have a particular condition (IODC), which makes me hypersensitive to chemical odors. Jaume always responded kindly and quickly to all my questions and he put in place everything needed to meet the constraints related to my disability! The house is in a very nice location close to many beautiful sites (cultural, beaches...). I recommend it!

It is a very nice and quietly located terraced house, we were two adults and three children and had a nice time there. Antonio explained everything to us and was also available during our stay. The beach is easily accessible across the street and thus the entire place with its possibilities. From the terrace in the top room you have a breathtaking view of the sunrise. We would come back anytime!

Very lovingly renovated house in the old town of L'escala. 3 floors with roof terrace and view of the nearby sea. 3 bedrooms with double beds and good mattresses. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor. Toilet on the ground floor with outdoor shower as 2nd bathroom. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Very central and quiet location. Lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Parking directly at the house is not possible, but about 10 minutes away in a residential area. In L'escala itself, everything is within walking distance or by a very funny little train that also goes to the nearby beaches. The house itself is well air-conditioned. Upstairs there is a strong air conditioning. On the middle floor, there is no air conditioning for the two bedrooms there. We were four in the house for 1 week and had a very nice time. The house is a real gem. Highly recommended. Thanks to our hostess Mariona and her father.

This is a perfect villa for two families. It's open and spacious with a great pool and so much to do in the surrounding area. Many fantastic beaches with lots of sport and activities for all ~ Salvador Dali museum ( Figueres ), Cadaques a beautiful town nearby, Go-Karting and Water Park. Barcelona is an easy train ride away too. Sabine was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

High point: very clean, organized and equipped apartment! Kitchen equipped with everything!!! Ana treated us very well, great communication! It has a place to park and is close to downtown.

The listing is even better than the photos. Agree with other reviews that this is one of the most beautiful, charming and special houses we've been to. We wanted to be away from the cities and were looking for a convenient place in the country to explore the area around and north of Girona. This was very well located to do that and we ended up extending an extra night because we liked it so much. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is very well outfitted, and it's just a great place to stay. It's far enough outside of town to be very quiet, but close enough should you need something. The house is gorgeous, the neighbors are helpful but not intrusive and we really appreciate the welcoming gifts. Sergio was always a quick email away and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Highest recommendation!

Great accommodation, ideally located on the heights of the city with beautiful sea and mountain views in a quiet setting. the outside is exceptional. We'll most certainly be back.

Really nice spot, the house was great. It had plenty of outdoor space and nice pool. The area was very peaceful and was a great place to tour the area from. Fred and the team were really responsive to messages and question thank you for making it a great visit to pals.

We were totally “wowed” by this lovely house!! We absolutely loved being there and didn’t want to leave !! We both felt totally comfortable from the moment we walked in… and then we saw the views!!.. breathtaking!! The house is all on one level with its own private drive. It has a large open plan lounge area , leading out through patios doors ( 3 double sets) onto a spacious decking area . With 2 shower areas and 2 double bedrooms, both with patio sliding doors looking out onto the amazing sea view .The master bedroom is extra large with its own walk in wardrobe closet room.2 shower rooms both with toilets and wash basin in both .There were plenty of towels, tea towels linens and loads of cupboard space to match . It has a separate utility area with washing machine ,microwave and ice maker. Everything you need in the kitchen area also a dishwasher, and fridge freezer., breakfast bar with 2 stools The large modern comfy sofas added to the feeling of luxury . A great holiday home !!!

It’s the second time we stay here and always a great choice. The views are spectacular and the space is very cozy and inviting. Close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. 100% recommend!
