Vacation rentals in Girdwood, Anchorage

Grace was very accommodating. Her space was nicely decorated and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, loved her cook books, easy access Netflix movies, wonderful location to the heart of town and all the activities, many restaurants in close proximity to the condo. The elevator was a plus. We would recommend and will stay again.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Appreciated new carpet and nice towels. Beds were very comfortable. Good communication with owner.

Quiet, cute, comfortable with an amazing view. We were only here 2 nights and mostly just to sleep. The location was perfect for our event downtown and close to restaurants. I hope this unit is available the next time I need to stay in downtown Anchorage.

Great place - spacious, clean. Nice view from the deck. Warm parking spot. Responsive host. Had a bit of hard time with the lock. Don’t touch the screen then enter the code. The first time you touch the screen needs to be on the first number of the code. Thankfully host responded immediately when I couldn’t get in.

Brad was an awesome host and very responsive. I will definitely be booking with him again if possible.

The space had everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of seating, and plenty of towels for those wet days on the slope, and even a sauna! While you can clearly hear people upstairs, for those that may be a light sleeper, the place is very cozy and welcoming. Would come back for another stay - thank you Jodi!

Very comfortable home, accurately described, nice quiet neighborhood

Eddie’s place was great. So spacious! Comfy beds, comfy furniture, location is in the middle of Anchorage making it easy to get to things quickly in any direction. Even on NYE it was a quiet neighborhood which we greatly appreciated. We’d stay again!

A group of four, two moms and two 5-year-olds, had a fantastic two night stay! The community kitchen and lounge was the perfect place for one mom to take one 5-year-old, as soon as they woke up or needed space. As a result, all four in the group had two great nights of sleep! We owe this unexpected fortune to this excellent set up. Bonus, meeting the other guests in the community kitchen! Like minded forest people! Plenty of room for the children to play, or do activities at the table. Plenty of counter-space to share, and make meals, and not feel “too in each others space”. The stove is excellent! And the water from the kitchen tap tastes terrific! I believe all the cabins were full, and we had plenty of hot water for showers, etc. The kids, especially enjoyed playing with the barn, and the many many farm animals! Again, plenty to share! Best part for me was the solitude when sitting on the porch, facing the creek. The full forest view, and the sound of the water is immersive. BRB ❤️

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable, was very clean when we got there along with a very easy check in process. Immediately we felt very comfortable and relaxed, the cabin is a great spot for couples and small families. The cabin was the perfect place to get back to after going out knowing that we will come back to a very cozy space.

Emilys cozy cabin in Girdwood was phenomenal! We felt right at home in her rustic chic sky vibe. We spent the week skiing at Alyeska and couldn't have asked for a better host. From the close proximity to the slopes, to the sere peaceful environment we loved everything about our stay. We will be staying in one of Emilys homes again.

This place was perfect for a couples trip! The area was beautiful in early September. This cabin has so much charm and character- we loved cozying up with a book and looking off the large deck. Many nice touches like bear spray, umbrella, binoculars and Alaskan/informational literature too. You can tell Scotty and Christy pour a lot of love into this place.

We had the best time at Rebecca's little cabin. It's even better than the pictures, we were so happy. The cutest little place with a very cozy bed and the best views. We even had two moose sightings on the property. We don't have anything negative to say about Rebecca's place. It was clean and had anything we might need. She was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We plan to come back!

We loved this cabin. Everything was perfect about our stay. Joe was an amazing host and we felt right at home staying here. Highly recommend staying at one of Joe's properties. We loved that is was outside the City (Anchorage) but also very close to local stores and restaurants. It was an amazing stay and a beautiful area. We hope to make a return visit in the future!

This was a lovely cabin out on a peaceful and beautiful property in Hope. Sylvia and Val were very sweet and helpful hosts. We had a great stay.

Absolutely beautiful place with amazing views! Very comfortable beds with sounds machines in each room. Erica was super responsive and very accommodating. We LOVED this place and would recommend it to anyone!!

Wonderful home. Immaculately clean, and so very cozy! My family loved our stay. Hosts were very responsive to questions, and even had the home ready early for check-in. Beds were very comfortable. Location is beautiful.

Matthew was a great host and very accommodating for our last minute change in reservation. The place was very clean and the instructions were clear. He was also very quick to respond when we got locked out. Definitely will use again in the future.

Everything needed and more. Some Melaleuca the Wellness Company products too!!!! Definitely will keep this place in mind if I need to stay in Anchorage again.

Scott’s Airbnb was exactly what our family needed over the holidays! The kitchen was large and had many pots, pans, dishes, and cookware - this made cooking Christmas dinner for our party of 8 super easy! The hot tub is amazing after a long day of skiing, and we loved having a Christmas tree. Comfortable beds with plenty of clean sheets and blankets and two great showers. Scott was very proactive with his communication and assured we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book this place again!

This Airbnb was simply perfect. Well appointed, spacious, with a nice back deck overlooking a small area of water (the bird watching was awesome). The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with bidet toilets and the beds were so very comfortable. Sharon was the best hostess - very communicative and polite. I wish we had stayed at Sharon’s the entire time we were in Alaska instead of breaking up our stay at two different airbnbs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine-in. You will surely love this Airbnb.
