Obviously the location was beautiful. The fact that this is basically two houses for the price of one was awesome. The split levels worked out perfect. The thoughtful amenities, from the chocolates to the cereal boxes to the well written instructions for the sauna, everything was amazing. We actually canceled some of our planned activities because it made sense to just hang out at the house instead. We visited several local little towns in the area, even went swimming at the local Black Hawk community center where they have a water slide. Other than the altitude sickness (if you are from the flatland Midwest and haven't been to the rockies before like me, do yourself a favor and buy a can of oxygen as soon as you arrive) couldn't have asked for any more.

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

The cabin was just at it looked in the photos and Viveca was responsive. The directions were clear and easy to follow. There were many sleeping places to accommodate our group. the backyard was beautiful with it's own small mountain we climbed to watch the sunset. Great place, especially for the price!

The location and view is simply stunning. The check in/out process was very easy and the house was very clean and exactly as described. If you are going during winter months an AWD vehicle is required (I would personally say snow chains are recommended) but Tan made sure we knew that well ahead of time. Tan was always very quick to respond when we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Claytons and the condo was just as pictured and as described. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire space was very comfortable. Clayton was responsive and immediately took care of a small issue we had. The location is very peaceful and quiet, but don't try to navigate the road in the snow season without a 4x4. Serious snow and winding road! We would recommend Claytons place to other travelers.

Near cabin near Georgetown. It’s small, just as the listing suggests, but it was perfect for me and my daughter for our ski trip. This was way better than grabbing a hotel room or a big expensive cabin. My daughter enjoyed it. Host was responsive. A good landing pad for our Loveland ski weekend.
