The house is in a beautiful and peaceful place. Everything was spotless. Very attentive and friendly hosts, they live in the next door house. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful home, it has absolutely everything you may need. Spotless house. Beautiful quiet garden with many special places. Our children and our dog have been Felices in the blue house. We will undoubtedly repeat. The owners are lovely has been one of the best houses we have been to.

Property ideal for our large, multi-generational, hyper-active in and out, noisy family party. Proximity other side of wall of active cattle-shed and nearby goats enhanced the holiday experience, and farmer happily showed inside to those who wished. Kitchen and dining-room well equipped for simple breakfast and supper feeding. Wi-fi strength good for normal family and internet use. Plenty of hot water. Play and BBQ area and equipment much enjoyed by young children. Most windows have fly screen cover, so flies and farmyard whiffs not a serious problem for us. Easy car access to local beaches, entertainments, and airport.

it was a great journey. we are happy to have chosen this house. the house was big and cozy. we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. it's a good place with wonderful view. just one hour and we could get to the ocean or other interesting places. for this trip the car is necessary. thanks for the great time :)

Formidable house for rest, you will feel at home in an unbeatable environment. Seve is very detailed, punctual and facilitates an information of the area with every luxury of details. The house is fully operational with all the amenities of bathrooms and kitchen, fireplace with firewood, very powerful heating, elegant decor. Everything in excellent condition and unbeatable cleanliness. Highly recommended, we will repeat for sure.

I stayed with some friends for the weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. Germán and Sandra have been very attentive both before, and during the stay that we were agusto and we did not lack anything. The palace in the photos looks great, but I would say it even improves in person.

Severino is a charming host, perfectly speaking French, very attentive and very responsive. Functional accommodation, including the essentials for a pleasant quiet stay in a green setting, respectful of nature and animals. I recommend it.

We don't stay at Julio's house in Asturias and it was an unbeatable experience. Julio is an exceptional host, always attentive that everything was perfect during our stay. He even had the detail of installing a work table after telling him he was going to telework, which proves his dedication and hospitality. Every detail was taken care of as much as possible: fresh flowers, a delicious breakfast included, and the heating ready for us to feel comfortable from the first moment. The house is a magical corner, super cozy, quiet and with spectacular views that convey an incredible peace. Ideal for both disconnecting and working in a unique environment. We will definitely stay here. Thank you Julio for making our stay so special!

A spectacular house, in a very quiet area. We celebrated a birthday and it was spectacular… an amazing experience, as well as the owner's attention. To repeat for sure.

Our stay at Villa Saus was a joy. The casita is beautiful, cared for that over time it will continue to be shelter for bodies and hearts. Its garden is the perfect place to indulge in the rest by entertaining the gaze with the light show of its landscape. Borja is an excellent host.

The perfect communication with the host, at all times due to the stay , the arrival without a problem as Javi indicated. It was a shame that the days we were there would rain, because the environment is incredible . Thank you so much for everything !

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and otherwise very attractive. In a month of travelling, it was easily the most comfortable bed. The outside amenities were great, but unfortunately it was wet during our stay. We enjoyed the rural atmosphere, yet the location is only a few minutes drive from Oviedo and there is a good restaurant nearby. Carlos was a most helpful and concerned host. His instructions were clear. we highly recommend Carlos and his property.

A lovely little house, renovated, very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need and more we couldn't like it anymore. The owners are very good before arriving they made a route through the village showing us everything important about the village pharmacy, gas station, supermarket, ect. Then upon arrival there was a book with the sights (important phones, places to eat and to visit) which is appreciated that few places do. They left us some gift bottles of cider in the fridge. Another thing we really liked is that I had a frog game that the boy loved. The outdoor areas were very well cared for. We will turn. Thank you very much

We were very lucky to be able to spend a week here in August. The house is in an exceptional location, beautifully furnished & equipped, and just so relaxing to be in. None of us wanted to leave. Sara & Rafa were great to communicate with and had lots of useful suggestions for things to do in the area. We would definitely love to go back.

We had a wedding at the Palacio de Valdesoto and it was one of the nearby accommodations available. The house far exceeded expectations since we were with children and they could be in the garden playing as it is very equipped. We would definitely repeat.

Both Emilio's kindness and the impeccable presence of the place captivated us. The idyllic environment within a traditional mining valley that presents a multitude of activities to do or even sit on the terrace to contemplate the noise of the creek, the pajaritos, the cinders of the sheep ... is its maximum value..... The traditional house, totally renovated and adapted to the demands of current life, close to all the urban enclaves and at the same time detached from the mundane noise make a stay unsurpassed and eager to repeat. Emilio's close and familiar treatment made everything easier

Everything was great, sorry for the bad weather.. but the house is beautiful and the area even more. Beatriz was very nice and I was there for whatever was needed!
