Three Bedroom Ventnor Beach House—Sunset Bay View

Suzanne and co were great hosts--very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house was pretty sparse (pots and dishes but no salt and pepper, for example), but very clean and meticulously kept. Location made walks to the beach pleasant and easy, even for our two young kids. And the outdoor shower was comfortable and great for rinsing off. The beach itself was 10/10! Soft, clean sand, clear water, pretty sand dunes, peaceful boardwalk. Highly recommend the area and Suzanne made our stay comfortable and easy.

Beautifully Renovated Home in The Heart of Ventnor

Our party of 7 had a wonderful stay at David and Emona’s beach house. What struck us most is that the house felt much more like a home than a rental. It is newly renovated, very clean, and has lovely decor and touches throughout. The house was also generously stocked with all the essentials (toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, beach gear etc.). David and Emona were excellent hosts very responsive from the moment we booked to the time we left. We hope to stay again. Thank you!

This is a wonderful spot for the area! Walkable to the beach, several restaurants, stores, and ice cream shops. We loved being nearby everything, but still being on a quiet street in a private home. If I ever go back to Ventnor, I will be reaching out to Amy again:)

This was an unbelievable location. Exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, it made us want to buy the one bedroom for sale next door. It's so hard to get a place on the boardwalk. If only it had a foam mattress, I might never have left. Cheryl texted me whenever I needed help with something. Will be back unless I buy a unit!!

Fantastic Family Beach Home! Pets Welcome!

Kimberly’s place was wonderful for our larger group. It was very spacious. Photos match the description. We were a 2 blocks from the beach which was wonderful. The house comes with two parking permits but Kimberly was able to provide some helpful info on where to find parking. Street parking was also not difficult to find even on a busy long weekend. Communication with Kimberly was the best. She is proactive with all information and responds almost immediately to all questions. One quick note - there is no dishwasher. Not an issue as this is not listed but putting it on the reviews so other guests are aware. We found no issues as this was listed in other reviews and we were prepared and brought disposable plates, etc. Other than that- Kimberly’s kitchen was completely stocked. Thanks Kimberly for a great stay

Elliot's place was better than the pictures! conveniently located with lots to do and eat in surrounding towns. Our dog loved running up and down the deck and having the electric charger was such piece of mind. Elliot sent great recommendations as well. Very thoughtful Airbnb with fully stocked coffee bar and plenty of blankets and towels.

Debbie and Jared were very proactive in communicating expectations for myself and the rental. The house was exactly as described. Check in and out were seamless. They provided instructions for everything and anything you could have a question about. We had a great stay in their beautiful home.

My friends and I were up here for USAT Age Group Nationals in Atlantic City and the house was super close to the race site. Spacious accommodations and everyone had their own room. We had a solid experience at this location. Thank you so much for letting us stay

The location of this house was perfect. Two quick blocks to the beach and walking distance to Ventnor restaurants. The house came equipped with beach chairs, towels, and tags. The outdoor shower behind the house made it easy to rinse off before coming in. Great property to stay in for a beach week.

Home Farmhouse quiet serenity near town charm

The farmhouse is a unique, spacious property. It was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and two children. Our grandchildren loved watching the geese on the pond and sometimes we saw deer running by. The owners were responsive to any of our questions. We appreciate being able to enjoy this property during the Christmas holiday and New Years holiday. I highly recommend this comfortable farmhouse!

We loved our stay at Joann’s place! The townhouse was exactly as described and very well stocked with essential items. Parking was convenient, right in front of the front door. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and just blocks from the beach. Joann was very easy to reach and proactive in her communication prior to our arrival. While we didn’t have any problems during our stay, I am confident Joann would have been very responsive had anything come up. She clearly wants her guests to have an excellent experience at her townhouse. We will definitely be back in the future!

We loved our two week stay at Mellie’s Shore Spot. Perfectly located, a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, good coffee and restaurants. Mellie is very responsive, her apartment well stocked with linens and other essentials, including loads of beach stuff! Would definitely recommend a stay at Mellies’s.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

We had a great stay. House is an easy 2 block walk from Ventnor Beach. Several great restaurants within walking distance. The fenced yard is ideal for guests with dogs. The house was nicely set up and everything you could possibly need is already stocked. Easy five stars and we would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at this property. It was more than enough for our family. We were there to celebrate my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday at the beach, one of her favorite places to spend time. It was a wonderful location, an easy walk to the beach and on a nice quiet block. The house has a VERY well equipped kitchen (as we love to cook) and great beach equipment like chairs and towels. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Conveniently Located - New Luxury Townhome

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Everything as described. It's a beautiful home. We liked having bedroom/full bath on the main level. We were out most of time, but everything in the home was great. If you're looking for a place in Wilmington, this is a great choice. Good communication, too. The home was well stocked with the essentials we like in an Airbnb. You'll be happy here.

I so enjoyed the quiet beauty of this hidden gem in the woods. From the moment I booked, Jen was a fabulous hostess, giving thought and care to ensure a positive experience. The home is beautiful, and I was happily surprised by the gorgeous holiday decor and cheer. Everything was just as described, and I couldn't have felt more at home. Having grown up nearby, I have no doubt this would be an oasis in the summer months, though even with ice on the lake, it offered peace and beauty. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, and the warmth of my host permeated the entire home. I recommend it to anyone seeking nature, beauty, and comfort.

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed here. The house is just perfect for us. It is comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We love the porch; it is where we eat our meals. Both Ben and Ken are so responsive to any questions we may have. We are already looking forward to booking this house again for next year.

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.
