Places to stay in Gibbon

Had a wonderful stay. Well worth the short drive. Comfortable with many amenities. High end appliances, well stocked pantry and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The porch was my favorite spot to relax and there is a walking path with bench seating to enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

Nice, clean home in a good location. Perfect for our group’s housing needs for a long-weekend. Hosts were very responsive. Great place to stay!

My husband and I were in town to see the sandhill crane migration. We chose the location for its proximity to Rowe Sanctuary, the bike/walking trail, and the town of Kearny. We wanted a country setting in hopes of some good stargazing. Sadly weather was overcast. It was fun to experience a tiny house. It had everything we needed and was very cute. There is freeway noise (as noted in description) however inside the home it’s quite quiet. Sleeping loft has a low ceiling and stairs are steep so if you aren’t nimble this might be difficult. Very nice deck and outside space. Very private space. Loved that we could walk to the bike/walking trail in just a few minutes. All in all, excellent stay.

We highly recommend Linda’s place. Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches and everything we needed for a great stay. We felt immediately at home furniture was comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable too and great quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to activities and restaurants. wonderful communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone in the area. Lovely home provided by Hoang, my team came to stay for 2 weeks while on contract for work. The host was quick at responding and worked with us adding an additional week. Highly recommend 10/10 stay!
