Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We received only positive emotions from the accommodation, stays, and amenities. It is in a good location, the house itself is in a very quiet street where there is not too much noise, but very close to a busy street. There is self check-in.

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I stayed while sightseeing in Venice.The bus stop was close and convenient for getting to Venice Island.The room was spacious and clean, and it was easy to contact the host and we had a pleasant time.

We went to a sporting event in Jesolo and therefore the place was perfect. But also in a great location for day trips or beach days.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to switch off and relax. The room was amazing, we enjoed the sauna and the whirlpool. Would definitely recommend

Lara and Andrea were both very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a ten-minute bus ride from the center of Venice, and it's super easy to purchase a day pass for the land and water buses from a nearby tobacconist. The area immediately around the home isn't the most interesting place you'll find in Italy, but as most guests will be spending their days in Venice anyway, this point is practically irrelevant. A grocery store and McDonald's are just across the street to restock at the start or end of your day. If you have a car as we did, the parking situation is a little unexpected (paid parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street) but not expensive. There is an elevator for those who aren't spry enough to climb the stairs up 7 floors to the apartment, but since it is rather cramped, no more than three people can use it at a time. Overall a great experience, no complaints.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Huge design apartment: independent private entrance with its own lovely courtyard. Quiet and optimal area. Very nice apartment, renovated with fine finishes. The two bedrooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed, separated by a central area where there is a kitchen/living room. Each room has its own TV and bathroom. Really nice bathrooms, equipped with every comfort. Kitchen with glasses for water and wine, equipped with ladles of all kinds. Small tea cups without saucers The kettle didn't convince me. I really missed having a small microwave to heat things up quickly without having to turn on the induction or, worse, the oven, which consumes so much more and is so much slower. It seems that the kitchen was not given the same attention to detail as the rest of the house. Very nice interior lighting. Nice place. Highly recommended.
