What a great home. We arrive before Christmas only to find a Christmas tree in the living room and a wreath on the front door. Was a great touch. A perfect place to stay and feel so at home with all of the amenities and close to all.

We had a great stay, loved that our kids (5 and 8yo) saw deer visiting outside.

Beautiful place with a nice open floor plan. The backyard was big and the pool was heated. 10/10 would visit again!

Great little spot! My family and I were very comfortable here when we had to travel to San Antonio on an emergency basis for a medical issue.

Where to start? Idyllic, peaceful and very very quiet. This is a beautiful property, tucked away in the Texas Hill Country – away from all the noise of city life. Just the occasional sound of wind in the trees or wild turkeys in the distance. Alan and Susan are great hosts. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. Alan met us on our arrival to give us a guided tour and explain how everything operated. That was really appreciated. Breakfast outside on the deck every morning, facing the creek, made for very relaxed living – and of course great weather helped! Gently swaying in the hammock reading a book was also a lovely way to spend a few hours. We loved the interior of the house – very bright and airy – just perfect. And how many AirBnBs offer an outdoor shower? Count Tranquilitree as one of them – a great feature to have and enjoy. Thank you for a great stay Alan and Susan – we would love to return.

Connor was very quick to respond with everything we needed help with. Loved looking out the window in the kitchen, so did my kids. Very beautiful, just really great stay recommend to anyone!

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! The moment we stepped in it smelled so clean and the place looked spotless. It felt so much bigger in person than it looked like in the pictures. It was also so cozy and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on and I promise I’m not exaggerating. Josh and Amiee had so many accommodations especially with their binder of recommended places to go to, their collection of dvds, bathroom essentials, bath robes and towels. It genuinely felt like it was our home for the weekend. Josh and Amiee checked up on us throughout the weekend and even left a welcome note for us and left the light on for us when we told them we would be coming a little later than expected. So sweet. I would 100 percent recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect! We were able to walk to so many of San Antonio’s main attractions. Angela was very friendly and super helpful when an unexpected emergency arose. Would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Exceeded expectations! First a warm welcome with freshly baked cookies. A quick tour with the hosts. Nothing is overlooked. I can’t imagine what you could want or need that wasn’t at your fingertips. The deck was adorable and the wildlife views were stunning. Next time I’ll try the hot tub. Truly a gem.

Great cool place for stays of 2 persons

Kenneth was a fantastic host. He helped us with any problem we had and was incredibly gracious as a person.

This was a very spacious and comfortable stay for us. The rooms were spacious and it didn't feel cramped whatsoever. Host was very responsive and made sure we didn't have any issues upon arrival. If we had any questions, he was prompt to respond. Overall, the location was minutes away from the things we wanted to do and was in a quiet area. We loved it!

We were in San Antonio for a college playoff at the Alamodome. We loved the area: historic, quiet, walkable to bars and restaurants. Ray’s place is really comfortable and has lots of personality. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and enjoyed the breeze (December). Their place is near active train tracks, but a white noise app or their available standing fan at night helps drown the noise. The bedroom curtains keep the rooms dark in the morning.

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

Great place, and Evelyn was extremely responsive and helpful. Will be staying here again when we are back in the area!

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo is a PERFECT spot for a family or 2! Walking distance to almost everything we needed to do and we cannot wait to stay here in the summer with our kids when we float the River!

Loretta’s place is so beautifully decorated! It’s super cozy with lovely deers surrounding the property! It was quiet and very clean. I had a wonderful staying here. Will definitely come back if I need to be in the area again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s condo. Loved being by the river & the beautiful scenery, comfortable beds & all the amenities the place had to offer. Check in was easy, the place had everything we needed. There is even covered parking. Glad there was an elevator close to the room since I had a heavy ice chest. Would stay there again if I’m in New Braunfels again.

Natalie was an amazing host and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It fit our needs and was perfectly located. It is walkable to downtown, but also located right on the river. Natalie is extremely friendly and quick to respond. The moment I needed something, she responded well above and beyond what I could’ve asked for. I will definitely be back. The condo is just perfect.
