Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Germantown

Very much enjoyed staying at Kelly’s with my family & dogs for the holidays. Would recommend to anyone wanting a safe, charming, well located place to stay in Memphis.

Max and Zac were responded quickly to a few things that came up while we were at this property. Love the neighborhood. Walkable with dogs and convenient to restaurants and Beale Street. The old commemorative newspaper about Elvis was so cool as we visited Graceland and found it filled in a lot of information we didn’t know. Great visit!

We were in town for a funeral and we're grateful for a comfortable, clean place for our family to stay.

Great hosts, super clean and in an area that is less than five minutes from anything you want to eat and a bunch of good local restaurants. Easy and quick check in and felt secure. The house was adorable with two very comfortably sized rooms , smart TV in the living area and a well stocked kitchen.

Amazing stay! Anuja's home was perfect for our stop at Memphis. Home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located, very close to downtown but in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. Amazing backyard and quiet neighbors. Communication was seamless.. Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable and felt right at home here. The place looked just like the photos. Thank you for the coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets, sugar, sweeteners, to go cups and lids and even half and half in the fridge! We stayed here because we wanted to visit Graceland (about a 10 minute drive away) abd downtown Memphis (less than a 20 minute drive). There were lots of restaurants nearby (about a 7 minute drive away).

My family and I loved this property. It was spacious enough for 5 people, in a safe neighborhood, and was in close proximity to tourist attractions. In addition, the home was clean and well maintained. Randle and his team were very responsive and friendly.

We had an excellent stay at Drew’s place. I admit I was a bit nervous about the location because I grew up in Memphis, but this area wasn’t how I remembered it—it turned out to be surprisingly great! The home was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for our group of six adults and one child. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for the little one. Love, love the instruments a great reminder of Memphis’ rich music history. Entry was a breeze, parking was convenient, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We never needed anything extra, but whenever I had a question, Drew was quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Drew’s place for your next stay in Memphis!

As long as it is available this will be our go to spot for trips to Memphis. Walking distance of Graceland and the Guesthouse. Quiet neighborhood and fantastic host!

This was a fabulous stay! Colleen was the perfect hostess. Wonderful southern hospitality, friendly and went above and beyond for us and our fur babies. She had treats for our pups, fresh flowers in our cottage and a few things in the fridge for convenience. The property is beautiful, private and peaceful. It is a hidden gem for certain! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend them.

We met Amanda when we got there and she came with a bottle of wine. Always a nice way to start a trip. The home is amazing- from the stained glass windows to the heated pool. It was exactly what we wanted. They were able to accommodate our 2 dogs as well. The yard was GREAT for the dogs, they enjoyed themselves. They have a binder full of things to do and their favorite places to eat, which we definitely took advantage of. And they were so thoughtful and brought some dog treats over for the road. Our large family (8 adults, 5 small kids) loved this house and its location. The size was large enough for us to spread out and keep the kids separated for naptimes and early bedtimes. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out! The pool is heated year-round to 84 degrees, but during cooler seasons, the hosts will heat the pool to higher temps for an extra fee- ask about this ahead, so you can budget for it. With the outdoor temps in the 50s, we were able to comfortably enjoy afternoon swimming everyday. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood, within 5 minutes of nice restaurants and supermarkets, and only 20 minutes to downtown Memphis. I recommend this house for any family looking for a spot near Memphis to stay and play.

This was a beautiful rental property, clean and spacious, with very neat little homey surprises like plenty of blankets. Our dog loved the spacious backyard, and we enjoyed the enclosed back patio. Brandy was a very responsive host.

We spent two weeks in this big, clean, and cozy house. Even though we came to Memphis for work, we felt right at home. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee, and in the evenings, we gathered in the living room to watch shows. We also made a fire in the backyard and shared stories around it. Cherie was always quick to respond and very hospitable.

Spacious, older cottage but full of charm. Excellent amenities, good internet, washer dryer - everything we needed for a brief stay. Walkable to an excellent restaurant area and to the stadium for our football game. Great find! Thanks, Heidi!

This was a great place to stay, and I will be back! The space has a great vibe, it was clean and peaceful, and the projector was really special. I suffer from extreme mold allergies, and I could tell that the guest house was very clean and well-maintained. Daniel and Katie were out of town when I visited (it was between Christmas and New Years), but they were very responsive. I got in a day late due to a cancelled flight, and they offered to extend my stay free of charge.

We were in town for the Memphis Marathan and stayed at Picket Fence Retreat. The house had plenty of space to relax and be together with friends and family and we felt right at home. Thomas provided special touches like coffee and tea and a hot water pot. Thomas was quick to respond and all directions were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood also felt like home and was conveniently located to all we wanted to do. We highly recommend Picket Fence Retreat and hope to stay there again.

I am so glad I chose Wayne’s home for my stay! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt at home and I really didn’t want to leave. But I will definitely be choosing his place again. Thank you so much for your prompt responses and making this place feel like a home away from home.
