Great stay! Beautiful home and fun hot tub! Easy to get into Portland and Kennebunk as well. Gregory was very responsive and accommodating.

every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

What a lovely stay we had. The weather couldn't have been nicer. Emily's place is immaculate and very comfortalbe. Lighting was great for puzzling on the kitchen island. Wood stove was extremely efficient and provided a warm and cozy atmosphere. We've already booked our next stay! Can't wait to come back!

A perfect Thanksgiving Getaway! My family had an unforgettable Thanksgiving at Maria’s property! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home - perfect for a holiday stay. The check in process was seamless and Maria was extremely responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The space was spotless and exactly as described in the listing, and the kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to prepare our Thanksgiving meal! Being able to meet the host’s sweet dog, horses and chickens was a bonus. We’re so grateful to have spent Thanksgiving there and couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more perfect setting. We’d love to return again!

Attractive, immaculately clean, well-equipped home in beautiful, serene lakeside setting. Very much appreciated whole-house generator when power went out in the area due to a Thanksgiving day snow storm. Would like to go back next year!

Great location, there was construction hear by but you couldn't really hear it. There is also a train that runs maybe a 1/4 mile behind the house, you can hear it a little bit but for us wasnt a problem with 3 children in the house.

Had a great time at the lake house! Kelly and James were very accommodating and kind from check in to check out. We really enjoyed kayaking and using the hot tub. The weather was a little rainy at times but there is still plenty to do inside with family. We played pool, ping pong, darts, and foosball. We cooked meals on the grill every night. It was really a wonderful vacation!

Deborah's place was perfectly cozy and inviting - it was exactly what we were looking for. The space was also super clean and looked exactly as described in the descriptions/photos. We loved the interior designing of the house as well - especially all the sweet details scattered throughout the home. Deborah was also an excellent host--she was very responsive and friendly! We would love to come back in the future :)

Who knew that inside an assuming building is a massive, quirky and cute space? It’s also in the perfect location close to restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and the space to host friends or family. The host was responsive. As someone who has lived in Portland and in many historic homes, it’s very normal for even the best renovated places to have a couple of more rustic details (wear & tear). The previous review disgracing this place is by someone who clearly this was not a match (they should have stayed in a modern hotel). It’s obvious that the host has been incrementally restoring this place and putting their own sweat in to make it a great airbnb. I would definitely stay here again. No question.

We stayed at Valle and David's place over Thanksgiving and had a lovely time! It's a great location for a larger group. So close and easy to get to Portland. Walkable to the Falmouth General Store. It's one of those airbnbs that's even nicer than you expect. We had an amazing stay.

My fiancé & I enjoyed a relaxing night away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and this apartment was the perfect place for our staycation! We had dinner down the road at 104 Main, which was delicious! And finished the night with some foosball and a soak in the hot tub. The apartment was clean, and welcoming! Wendy was very easy to communicate with, and we are so grateful for her hospitality! Definitely would like to come back in the summer!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio apartment in Camden. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the town center, the harbor, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The beautiful library and other local amenities are close by, making it easy to explore everything Camden has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient parking available on a side street away from any busy traffic. Inside, the apartment is charming and comfortable. The gas stove adds a warm, inviting touch, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for a studio and well-equipped. Overall, this apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

We only spent one night at the Yankee Dugout, but it was great! Quiet, clean and very convenient to the airport where we had an early morning flight. Barry was quick to respond to messages and very helpful when we arrived. Plus leaving us English muffins and blueberry jam for the next morning. I would highly recommend the Yankee Dugout.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn's place. It is in a great location and restaurants, cafes, shops, and other attractions are within easy walking distance. You can even walk to Trader Joes to stock up for your stay. It is an older building and has that homey feel. It had one of the better showers of the many place we have stayed, which was a plus. The beds are comfortable and having a sitting room was really nice. We would stay here again. Loved the neighborhood. Carolyn was a great host. Would have stayed longer if we had the time.

Walkable, quaint city, lots of nature everywhere. Great amenities and location, in a private nice neighborhood .
