Awesome place with such a nice host & manager. Floor was not squeaky clean but that was expected for a beachside apartment. besides we booked only the day before, and checked in on Christmas day, i imagine it would be quite difficult to get cleaners available. Otherwise i loved everything about the apartment, the setting, furnishings, appliances, the view, the facilities and most importantly the location. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

It was an awesome stay! We really liked the layout with the 3+1. Perfect for two families. We like the common living room area too. Aircon and fan worked really well. Lovely stay with great location that is walkable to restaurants. We will come back again.

We just stopped by for a night. The place is clean as expected. Provided hair dryer, clean towels without us requesting. But this unit only provides 1 car park. But we managed to find a car park on the road side beside the condo. Otherwise, visitor parking will be charged on hourly basis, capped at Rm12.

Eugene is a great host, from amenities checking initially until check-in, everything was smooth and flawless. Eugene’s unit is a corner unit, with fantastic un-onstructed sunrise view. It’s a unit with full amenities which made you feel home. Noticed quite a lot of baby necessities as well however i travelled with fully grown up. Nice restaurants downstairs and next to the condo, with walkable distance for youngster. We called grab car for senior citizens and at RM6/trip to Gurney Plaza/Paragon/hawker area. Big new Gurney Bay opposite condo-a new landmark for Penang. I will definately come back to Eugene’s place again if prefered to stay around Gurney area.

Great location with sea view. The interior of the apartment was so pretty and comfortable. My family had a great stay! Khim was super friendly and responsive to my queries. The check-in process was seamless despite us checking in at night as clear instructions were given. Definitely a lovely place for family to stay! 😊

It was good. The owner was so helpful, they waited and make sure we checked in. Checked with us on whether we understood the steps. They even prepared floss and cotton bud! Haha

This was a great place to stay out of the hustle of Georgetown. the apartment was spacious with all amenities you would need with a groceries store just downstairs and a plethora of great coffee shops and restaurants near by

It's on the 41st floor, so the view is good, and the infinity pool is good. The house is also clean. The host was friendly and responsive, so it was very helpful. Pros: view, infinity swimming pool, 10 mins to Georgetown, Cleanliness, Netflix available, Grab is responsive, luggage storage Cons: distance to exit, lint towels Nearby commercial area weak, elevator Luggage storage is available by the cleaner. (RM10 for 1 luggage) The food delivery fee is cheap, so you can order from Grab and get it from the lobby. Overall, it's a good place to stay. The host is kind and you can get help, so I think it'll be okay for those who are novice travelers. I had a good stay.

Second time here and we love it. The apartment is perfect, clean and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. The rooftop with pool, sun loungers, playground, sauna and gym is amazing. We will be back again 🤩

Says exactly what's on the listing - very adequate for a short stay. Loved the pool and facilities, the fact that there was a restaurant and also a 24 hour shop - great for us without a car! But the Grab taxis needed the photos provided by host to get us there, and had some trouble finding us when we wanted a pickup.

The manager of the condo was extremely helpful and friendly, which was one of the main reasons why I stayed a long period .. especially, since my stay was practically for work and his assistant was very much appreciated. They have a tight security, which made me feel more assured since I didn’t have any company. The location of the apartment for me was superb ( approximately 10 min away from queensbay mall by car) and you get beautiful view with the apartment . The apartment is clean and well kept , however the furniture is old (couch has stains and bed sheets sometimes with tears), I bet If it was refurbished, I wouldn’t be able to recommend it enough. In my case, I got passed this issue as other advantages were more of a priority to me; the helpful responsive manager (Mahbur) , security, location. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
