In a leafy lane, in the wonderful Inner Sydney suburb of Annandale, you’ll find a shining little Airbnb gem. It’s almost like being transported to a rustic, French hideaway - chic and beautifully styled, yet comfy, homely and sparkling clean. Up at the back of a leafy, lush garden, you have exclusive use of a fairly secluded part of the garden/deck with table and chairs and Weber. It’s mostly very peaceful - over our 5 day stay, we heard back lane noise from the garbos once (about 2 or 3 mins). There are generous supplies re bedding, bathing, air-con, streaming services (byo passwords or watch Foxtel), or great reads in the bookcase. Besides the normal bread spreads and assortment of teas and coffee pods, there’s some ‘extra-mile treats’ like absolutely delicious homemade jams, posh butter…you never know just what you might find in the fridge. A beautiful stay for 1 or 2; perfect for a working trip with free wifi/easy access into town, or for a couple of lovebirds - young or old!

Private and affordable space with own bathroom and washing machine if needed. Great value for money if you have your own transportation in Sydney. Adam is very welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Heather welcomed us very warmly, Even during the holiday Season, Heather and her family take care of us a lot. If I visit Sydney again, I'll choose to stay Heather's Studio without hesitation. Bedding and other facilities were very clean. Same as pic and well managed. I brought lots of stuffs but everything was in here. Space was enough to for 2 Adults. Thank you Heather! We could sent special Christmas thanks to your family :)

We had such a wonderful stay, I don’t even know where to start. Do you know these AirBnBs that look fancy in the advertisement, but in real life they lack personality, are poorly equipped and worn down? Susan’s place is the exact opposite of that. There are so many little things in the apartment that make it feel warm and welcoming, such as tea and coffee selection, drinks and breakfast in the fridge, soft linen and towels or books. All bath and kitchen supplies are of very high quality as well. The garden surrounding is the cherry on top, but also Susan herself who is a wonderful and warm person. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the eastern beaches (10 min walk down to Bronte beach) with a supermarket, bakery and cafes/restaurants around the corner as well. Nonetheless, the apartment and garden are so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

I absolutely loved Janet's gorgeous cottage. The bed was super comfy and the extras like cereal, coffee, tea and bickies was lovely. It was really hot so the airconditioner made it so comfortable and easy to sleep. The cottage is in a very quiet street. For the price, this cottage is amazing.

We really enjoyed our time here! The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, and accessing the unit was very easy. The family in the main house was sweet, they were friendly and would wave and say hello if our paths crossed but never intruded on our space. The neighborhood’s convenient, parking seemed fine and a ten minute walk to the nearest grocery story

Amazing place for a nice little weekend getaway, Catherine was very responsive and clear on instructions . Would highly suggest this place for anyone wanting to go on a peaceful and quiet trip. The place was clean and nice .

We had an exceptional stay at Henry’s Paddington apartment. The accommodation was fabulous—well put together, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Its central location made it convenient to explore the area. Henry was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and very generous, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Stayed for four nights to be close by the Bonnie vale camping ground. Apartment was homey, cozy and clean - easily cooled during a hot day and with a lovely pool attached. Different types of milk and water provided was thoughtful and a nice welcoming touch. Platon was a great host and showed me the short cut pathway down to the water and campground. I needed to take some work video calls and the wifi didn’t quite make it but I could connect from my phone easily and it was absolutely fine for casual use. Highly recommend walks around the area and the ferry to Cronulla.

A quiet, well-appointed unit, with a great kitchen and good-sized living area. Lots of natural lightThe 2 bedrooms are a great size and bathroom is new. Water from the shower gets onto the bathroom floor but there are plenty of mats to wipe it up to dry. The verandah is lovely in the summer mornings. We appreciated the air-conditioning and wifi. Antony was very responsive.

Emma was awesome! While I didn’t stay at the location, she was super accomodating and friendly when it came to ensuring my parents had the best stay! It was over the new years period and everything was as described, if not better! They loved it from what I understand. Great location with walks nearby and not far from Cronulla Beach. Thanks Emma, have a great new year 😊

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment looks brand new and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Phil & Jane were excellent host. Communicated with us pre and post check-in to ensure we had all we needed. Will definitely book again whenever we are in Sydney.

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at Stevie and Camille’s place! The studio was spotless, absolutely gorgeous, and in such a great location. Plenty of restaurants around and just a quick walk to Bondi. Will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Bondi!

Me and my friends had a lovely and memorable time staying at Hulya’s guesthouse. We enjoyed the pool to our hearts’ content! Also, the place is convenient to the bus stop, train station and other shops. Hulya is such a wonderful host and was very helpful giving us the information we need :)

Absolutely fantastic accommodation: very clean, cosy, wonderful interior and decorations - everything you need and even more. We couldn’t have a better place to stay during our trip to Sydney. Strong recommendations!

Functional base to rest, wash clothes and prep some food. Probably wouldn’t want to hang out in the space for long though.

This Studio is very pleasant and a great location. Close to shops and quick access to the Public Transport network for trips around Sydney. Denise is a superb host, always helpful, communicative and nothing is a problem. I felt 'at home' here and can recommend this Studio for short, or long stays. All the Facilities are very satisfying and operative, making it possible to remain comfortably independent in this Studio.

Hannah’s home was absolutely perfect! It was so clean & was exactly what we needed for our 2 week stay in Caringbah. I didn’t want to leave! Thanks Hannah for opening up your home - it was beautiful!

Rachel and Damon's place was perfect for our visit to Sydney with our dog, who had a great time lounging in the sun in the private yard. Everything went smoothly, with clear instructions and a friendly host. Would stay here again.

It was nice to be at a BnB that had amenities like a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable. Nice views out over the bush where some lovely birds did come through. Up high enough that there were nice breezes, only had to use the air conditioner twice in our week there and just long enough to cool the place back down. Bit of a twisty turny drive to get to the place but Goggle Maps kept us on the right roads. But good location for the Royal National Park where we spent a lot of time on trails and birding. Very nice restaurant at the park too!

Fantastic stay at Lorelei’s Airbnb! We had travelled the whole east coast of Australia with Sydney and Lorelei’s place our last stop. The stay was perfect for us as it allowed us to easily commute into city centre and nearby surroundings very easily which was key for us as we had lots of activities booked during this period. Lorelei was always on hand whenever we needed anything and accommodated every need we had with such generosity. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was being able to spend time with their two beautiful dogs Rosie and Lolly who were always so friendly and greeted us. Perfect place to feel relaxed and also easily be too access the main attractions Sydney has to offer!
