In a leafy lane, in the wonderful Inner Sydney suburb of Annandale, you’ll find a shining little Airbnb gem. It’s almost like being transported to a rustic, French hideaway - chic and beautifully styled, yet comfy, homely and sparkling clean. Up at the back of a leafy, lush garden, you have exclusive use of a fairly secluded part of the garden/deck with table and chairs and Weber. It’s mostly very peaceful - over our 5 day stay, we heard back lane noise from the garbos once (about 2 or 3 mins). There are generous supplies re bedding, bathing, air-con, streaming services (byo passwords or watch Foxtel), or great reads in the bookcase. Besides the normal bread spreads and assortment of teas and coffee pods, there’s some ‘extra-mile treats’ like absolutely delicious homemade jams, posh butter…you never know just what you might find in the fridge. A beautiful stay for 1 or 2; perfect for a working trip with free wifi/easy access into town, or for a couple of lovebirds - young or old!

Perfect location for those who need to go to Sydney and don't like battling with traffic and finding parking. It's a very short walk to Denistone railway station which goes straight to central. Communication with Adam was very easy and we found him to be most obliging. Thanks so much Adam and we would love to come back sometime.

We absolutely loved this place. We stayed for 8 nights and it had everything we needed. It was in a beautiful street that was peaceful considering how close it is to everything in Newtown and Sydney CBD. The train station is super close and there are so many great restaurants in walking distance. Heather and her family were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend

We had such a wonderful stay, I don’t even know where to start. Do you know these AirBnBs that look fancy in the advertisement, but in real life they lack personality, are poorly equipped and worn down? Susan’s place is the exact opposite of that. There are so many little things in the apartment that make it feel warm and welcoming, such as tea and coffee selection, drinks and breakfast in the fridge, soft linen and towels or books. All bath and kitchen supplies are of very high quality as well. The garden surrounding is the cherry on top, but also Susan herself who is a wonderful and warm person. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the eastern beaches (10 min walk down to Bronte beach) with a supermarket, bakery and cafes/restaurants around the corner as well. Nonetheless, the apartment and garden are so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

Out parents stayed at Banksia while visiting and absolutely loved it. The property was in walking distance to Dee Why beach and a 15 minute walk to Curl Curl. Lots of great cafes nearby. The apartment was private, modern and very tidy. Perfect for two people looking for a getaway near the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The hand soap was also an 11/10!!

We really enjoying staying at this little cottage. Everything is as described and the place is really well set up for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to so many lovely ocean pools and beaches. Janet was a great host. Highly recommend staying at this place.

The place has a mesmerising view and countless activities to enjoy. It’s incredibly peaceful, with a perfect sense of privacy. We absolutely loved our stay, especially the fishing experience. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the ocean right in front of us and the soothing sound of waves creating the perfect ambiance. It’s a true paradise for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. Would definitely recommend and book again 👍

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Sydney. Tucked away but at walking distance to all you need. Henry provided such thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, so you really feel taken care of. Loved waking up to the birds.

My friend and I stayed at Platons beach house for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The location was brilliant- just a short walk to the beach, we made good use of the pool and everything was very clean and decorated nicely. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a little gem well hidden. The big door was the first wow. It is functional in its furnishings. I sure tested out the cooling system yesterday whe. it reached 42 and it was kept cool with the aircon and fan. The place is well kitted out and beds are comfortable. I will stay here again. Both the hosts were very promptly responsive ti requests and needs. very central to everything.

It was spotless, breakfast provided and the small touches like shampoo conditioner, shower gels and even toothpaste if you forgot were very thoughtful! Very well stocked and extremely peaceful. Fantastic stay at Lorelei’s Airbnb! We had travelled the whole east coast of Australia with Sydney and Lorelei’s place our last stop. The stay was perfect for us as it allowed us to easily commute into city centre and nearby surroundings very easily which was key for us as we had lots of activities booked during this period. Lorelei was always on hand whenever we needed anything and accommodated every need we had with such generosity. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was being able to spend time with their two beautiful dogs Rosie and Lolly who were always so friendly and greeted us. Perfect place to feel relaxed and also easily be too access the main attractions Sydney has to offer!
