The place fit our needs perfectly, close to where the venue was for the wedding and stores nearby for the things we forgot. Communication was awesome and all of our questions were answered usually within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels see us back in Omaha. Phil was very responsive and checked in with us often. I found him to be a very helpful and an accommodating host. This property is well-updated and they’ve made a very good use of space. Lovely decor. Beds are firm, kitchen is big. A sweet space to enjoy family.

I rented this place for relatives coming to town to celebrate my anniversary. They said it was great.

The home looks like is lovely and looks just like the photos. The location was great, we were able to walk to the Woods Tennis Center and enjoy near by restaurants. The host was responsive and check in was easy.

We loved everything about this house! The setting is very serene overlooking the water. The cabin was perfect, it had everything we needed for our family of 6. We enjoyed walking down to the lake and using our kayaks. The restaurants were great - we tried The Wagon Wheel and Hungry Horse. Also caught a cattle auction, which was fun for our kids. We will definitely be back!!

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

The home was a perfect place for trip with multiple families. Plenty of comfortable sleeping places, kitchen and dining set up to accommodate our group size, and fun games to keep everyone entertained.

We really enjoyed staying in Kimberley’s home. We were there for a funeral and the weather wasn’t very nice. But it would be fun to stay here in the summer since the river is right there. We would come back.
