Cottage vacation rentals in Geneva-on-the-Lake

Lots of space in the house! Beautiful views! They kept it clean, and the office is right next to it if you need anything. Yes, it could use a little updating, but, for the value, it's clean, roomy, right on the water, and at the beginning of the strip! We had a great time in a family long weekend getaway!

Location location location… Walkable to most everything on the strip. The beds were comfortable and clean, since the cottage was on the lake, it was lovely to wake up to the sound of waves. Basic amenities, one towel and hand towel per room. No hand soap or shampoo or shower soap, just something to be aware of. Heating element is in the main room, so bedrooms are not heated independently, it can be chilly if you want to keep your door shut. Again, the location made the place perfect for a visit to the strip. Basic but definitely did the trick for a girls weekend away.

Linda is an absolute gem of a person. She’s an incredible host with a wonderful home. We accidentally left a laptop post-checkout and she called us and arranged a meetup for us to grab it! Just goes to show that she has amazing character and really cares about her clients. Will book again, 10/10!

Exactly what we were looking for to get away for a couple days. Beautiful lake views. Nice deck sitting area, another smaller place with a firepit. Plenty of wood provided. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside furniture needs some attention. (stain and paint would quickly bring the furniture back to life)

My husband and I came for a one night get away in the dead of winter. We chose this location because it had plenty to do without going any where. The pool table and hot tub were great. We arrived and never left the house. The house was clean and spacious, has plenty of amenities, and the host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit. We would look forward to coming back when its warm to enjoy the view of the marina and the town of Fairport Harbor. We might even schedule a stay next winter just to get away. Beautiful private neighborhood on a road with steps down to the beach. Glorious stars at night without competition from city lights. The cottage immediately felt like home. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. 8am weekday mass closeby and lived Deb’s diner afterwards.

Very nice place to stay. Right down the road from all the attractions of Geneva on the Lake. Didn’t have any issues while I was there. The cottage has all the amenities needed for a stay. Mark was very helpful with everything I needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Close enough to the GOTL strip but still quiet. The views of the sunset from the fire pit were perfect.

It was so nice to have a vacation rental within walking distance to the Lake, lodge, park, entertainment, restaurants and bars. Lots of little extras Kelly had for our dogs. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Beds and pull out couch comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just park your car and hit the road running! Cottage was very quaint and clean. Coming back asap!

This place was great for traveling through! Felt totally comfortable and safe, nice quiet neighborhood. I stayed two separate times for a single night, and would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! This is our second time staying at the house and Jan is extremely friendly, and the house is wonderful! We had the dogs with us and she’s very thoughtful with all of her touches to make the stay wonderful!

Cottage was beautiful and very clean. Location was great very close to the strip but very quiet at night.
