Had a great stay at Zach and Johanna's beautiful place. Good location, but also lovely to just hang out in to read or relax.

This place was gorgeous and felt very homey. Everything was clean and organized! Thank you for letting us rent out this space! Will definitely be booking with them in the future.

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient and very quiet. Other neighbors were very nice as well. I would surely recommend this place.

The home was very cozy and afforded us all the comforts of an easy and safe stay. We enjoyed our visit and were able to see a number of highlights Rochester offers. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the flowers and gardens we heard are spectacular.

My second stay here (while working at the Auditorium Theatre), and the place was even better than I remembered! I love staying at Desirée's listing because it feels lived in, yet still very clean and welcoming. The apartment has some extra throw blankets, spices/oils for cooking ,and shampoo/conditioner (not the cheap stuff), and even a plant! They're not trying to get away with providing the absolute bare minimum, like so many other AirBNB's nowadays. Not only is the apartment perfect, but the host is also extremely responsive and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about my time here, and look forward to booking this unit again whenever I'm back.

Nice place. Quiet location. Very very comfy bed. The treats that were left were a great added touch (apples, muffins, cheese, etc.). Sheets and bedding were great. Furniture comfortable too. Plenty of towels.

Jill's home was peaceful, quiet, and comfortable! We looked so forward to unwinding there in the evenings after our busy days spent with family. Jill's home is also very cozy! Her shower is the best of any of the Airbnbs that we have stayed in! We will stay there again for sure! Thanks, Jill!

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

Our stay was cozy, spacious, and modern. It had everything we needed. But the true gem of the property was the breathtaking backyard. A stunning waterfall cascading creating a serene and picturesque setting. They have a seating area to enjoy the surroundings. Walkable to Cornell University. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ithaca.

Don’s place was a wonderful place to stay. We were in town to go to the Corning Museum of Glass. It was an easy and safe walk to both the museum and to the downtown area. We ended up parking and then walking everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Don left clear instruction for check out procedures and plenty of food and activity recommendations. The upstairs yoga, reading and chill space was a cool extra bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Very private and quiet space. There were stairs to get to the walk out basement which was the entrance for the apartment. The front of the house that you see as you enter the driveway is not the same as the picture of the whole house so there was some confusion if I was at the right place. Inside was very spacious and clean.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Rob's "Crib" very much. We enjoyed the mix of an older home and modern decor. There are plenty of easy uses for the lights, ceiling fans and TV. The driveway is a little narrow but we managed. Thanks for everything Rob!

Amazing views and close to some of the best wineries in the area. Hot tub is across the street and provides great views of the lake and stars. Joan was an awesome host. She provided us coffee, snacks, and was very responsive. She met us upon arrival and pointed out things to note which was much appreciated.

Clean, easy to find, big space, let us have early check in, and extra nice touch was the doggie bowls!

We loved our stay at the Applegate House. David was a fantastic host. He reached out with clear instructions and great recommendations before we arrived and greeted us in-person to show us around the house. The house itself was wonderful – cozy, clean and well-stocked. We loved waking up and watching the deer outside, then listening to records while we made breakfast. We also loved that we were able to enjoy the beautiful countryside while being just minutes away from Ithaca, Taughannock Falls and Watkins Glen. It was a perfect home base to explore the Finger Lakes and a relaxing spot to return to after a busy day. We've already recommended the house to several friends since we've been home.

Such a fabulous home away from home! Andrea and Kaleigh have a beautiful space--warm, inviting, perfectly equipped. We made use of the hot tub--what a treat! Next time I am looking for a place to stay in Ithaca, I hope I can snag this sweet spot again.

Dennis is a great host. He was very quick on responding to my queries and made my stay comfortable. The place is comfortable & in a nice neighborhood. I recommend for someone to stay either for short or long term!

Very comfortable space and would stay again as I didn't get a chance to soak in the hot tub! Bonus is the night sky is beautiful - stars are bright!

This is a really unique find and fun place to stay. Holly is a great host, super responsive! I ran into some issues with the hot tub and she immediately got someone out to fix it and responded to any questions I had. Was great to find a pet friendly place and they do provide a dog bed, however it was on the smaller size, was very funny watching my 100 lb Rottweiler try to fit in the bed. I would only say that there is really nothing in Rushville. Not a pizza place or family dinner or general store or anything, just a gas station that closes at 7. To get anything you have to go to Canandaigua, which is 15 minutes away and if you're used to being closer to things or within walking distance, this will be a change for you.
