We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Affordable Staycation in Montecito, Pasay City

The location is perfect if you have flight the next morning because its just right across NAIA terminal 3. There are lots of convenience store and restaurants around too. The area is quiet and very nice. Joan's unit is spacious, had a big couch, comfy bed and pillows. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay. Although concern lang aq sa prang walang exhaust sa bathroom or maybe hindi ko lang napansin. Nagka LBM kasi aq nun (which was my fault) so I was frequently in the bathroom and ang tagal before mawala yung amoy. Overall, the unit was as expected and I like how responsive the host and accommodating yung guards and the staff. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space is both aesthetic and highly functional. While it is compact, everything is thoughtfully laid out and works perfectly—from the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and cookware, to the washer and dryer which were incredibly convenient during my stay. The sofabed is surprisingly comfortable, and the TV with the soundbar made for a great entertainment setup—I honestly didn’t want to leave! There was some unexpected maintenance happening on the floor during my visit, which the host wasn’t initially informed about by the building admin. However, the host was extremely responsive and quickly took action to address the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely love to return in the future.

The room is clean, comfy, smells nice and was very cozy/inviting. Toiletries were provided and the bathroom and kitchenette were well-kept. Ac, heated water, bidet added to our comfort. Cedrick the host was very helpful throughout the process, and responsive to our queries even before we finalized the booking. He guided us through the check-in, helped with our luggage, and graciously assisted in setting up parking for 2 nights. Check-out was smooth as well. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time at Flordeliz Cabin! A very cozy and peaceful retreat. It was a perfect break for our family, giving us the chance to relax and reconnect with nature. Sir Ronaldo is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the caretaker, Carlo, who was there to assist us. A home away from home—I believe this is the most fitting description for this property. The location is ideal: it’s close to Tagaytay, allowing guests to enjoy the cool breeze, and it's situated in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are superb—the kids really enjoyed the pool, while the adults liked the billiards table and KTV. All rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as shampoo, soap, shower gel, tissue, and a dental kit—features not typically offered in most Airbnb properties. This level of detail makes the stay exceptionally worth the price. Ate Jen, the caretaker, was very accommodating. She kindly went over the house policies with us and even asked if we needed extra pillows and blankets. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her 3rd birthday here, and I’m already looking forward to celebrating again at this property. I suppose we’ll see you again for her 4th birthday. :)

Love the aesthetics, just as shown on the photos 😍 For the pool access, make sure to bring your towel(provided in the unit), well maintained and has a bar next to it. 🍹Thank you!
