The apartment is beautiful, spacious and with a golf view, naval base, port and the sea, better impossible. The apartment has absolutely everything to pass a super comfortable stance, there was no kitchenette or missing item. The SUM for a meeting is great, we were able to spend Dec 24 with my family and it was an excellent experience. Arnold is very kind at all times and also the building's work team. I hope I can be back soon!

We had already stayed before and this experience was like the first time, excellent. The apartment is as described, clean, tidy and very well equipped. The building and its views are tremendous, located in front of the Golf and a few blocks from the commercial start of Alem and its area of influence in Playa Grande. A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

The house is dreamy. Super big and comfortable. He was just super helpful and was always available to answer any concerns. More than recommended to stay there. Of all the houses I saw for 10 people, this was definitely the best.

An expectable house with absolutely all amenities. Full of details that impress you in every corner. We had a unique experience, we struggled to leave the house and wanted to spend the whole day in it. Claudio with very good instructions and recommendations from the beginning, made us feel at home. Better, impossible.

Maria's house is great. It is super close to the beaches of Punta Mogotes and close to several shops. The house is comfortable and has good taste. We'll be back some other time!

Pilar's place is excellent and beautiful!. Spacious, comfortable, very functional and bright. Very nice decorating details and the kitchen is beautiful!. We went as a family and enjoyed the stay a lot. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk and enjoy. Everything was excellent without hesitation. I recommend it 100%!
