Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gémozac

Great welcome, the hosts are very nice and want to share their good humor and local activities / restaurants. The accommodation is clean with a good layout.

Excellent stay on Oleron Island in Brigitte and Jean Pierre's house. Location is very central, market, port, restaurants, everything is within walking distance. Bike paths are everywhere for those who love cycling. The house is nicely decorated and functional, the kitchen is perfect. We recommend it!

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

We had a great time at Gael's and Anne's house. Very peaceful, we loved the greenery around us. Best of all was the outdoor shower and the pool! There is lot's to do, walking, cycling, swimming, body boarding... Gael and Anne gave us lots of recommendations, which we loved. They are great hosts!

Very quiet and pleasant accommodation. Plenty of space and well appointed. I had a long stay and enjoyed this place all the way. Florence is very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Visiting this immaculately beautiful + spacious farm house themed apartment was the highlight of our trip. Fanny & Paul have considered of every detail for a comfortable stay and are such gracious hosts. Bourg is a very quiet village and allowed us to relax & soak in the peaceful atmosphere. We will be returning! 5stars for sure for surroundings + value of the price!

Our stay at Mickaël's went very well. The house is in a very nice location, in a quiet cul-de-sac and a 5-minute walk to the beach! The house has many amenities. We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

A dream house, everything is simple and convenient. An ideal location for discovering the island of Oleron by bike and on foot. We'll be happy to go back. Special dedication to Floriane who always responded to our needs with a big smile.

Perfect stay in a lovely house and a very nice area that we did not know. We explored Soulac-sur-Mer more than the Verdon but the surroundings are very pleasant The house is perfect for family holidays

WOW!! Just returned from a week at James & Eileen’s villa in Bourg to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary . There were 14 of us- 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children. All info provided prior to arrival by the hosts and the house mgt team (James, Lisa and Joe) was 5*! The check in/out & on hand support during our stay was absolutely flawless . This villa is stunning - more impressive than the photos! Bourg is a beautiful rural village and the villa was extremely spacious - perfect for family gatherings, beautifully decorated and felt sumptuous. Ambiance laid on for ourarrival& amenities for guests are unlike other private villas on offer for a party of our size .Felt immediately like a home from home.Pool was immaculate, all bedrooms beautifully furnished and living/lounge/cooking areas were of such a high standard. Villa in a superb location for exploring the vineyards. Recommend renting bikes to explore, enjoy BBQs at the villa, markets&citadel in Blaye. BOOK

Perfect stay in a superb villa with very comfortable bedrooms, large rooms, an extensive furnished terrace and everything you need. Perfect and very accommodating concierge service. One regret, the temperature of the pool (though advertised heated) is much too cold and we were not able to enjoy it pleasantly. Another point very simple to improve, a single house key as a gate for 9 people is not enough. In conclusion, however, we had a very pleasant stay in a superb place with the obvious trust of the owners who left all the storage open and well filled. A property and location that I would highly recommend.
