Love this airbnb sooo much. We love how we can play Mahjong, sing karaoke, watch Netflix, play darts and even play POOL in 1 airbnb 😍😍😍 definitely worth the price for the amount of activities that can be done in this apartment. There is even a projector to watch your Netflix as well!!! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for many activities to do 🥰🥰🥰 The check in was easy as well and the WIFI was FAST!!! You can park 1 car in front of the house as well:) the 3 bedrooms was also sufficient for all of us to have a comfortable stay for 1 night. The host was super accommodating as well with the information and answered all my questions. I will definitely return to this place whenever I want to have a vacation in JB.

good place to stay, onwer steady

Prime location. There's multiple eateries, marts, laundromat, barbers, salon etc. We did not had to GrabFood as much compared to other places we rented in JB. The estate is not super new but it was super convenient. Getting in and out the estate via GrabCar was easy and we were not stuck in traffic cause it was not as congested like the city area Mr zul was super friendly, accommodating and he checks on us often. We had to check out slightly late due to some reason yet he was super understanding about it. Thank you Mr Zul for making our stay so nice.

overall is good and well maintained unit. Owner are very responsive for everything concern. Minor problem is water pressure which highlighted to owner.

Clarence's apartment was as described and he is an extremely friendly and responsive host! We also used the amenities and enjoyed ourselves. The strict security is also a plus point! The one minor inconvenience we struggled with was with the water pressure in the shower, even when only one of us was showering.

Hui Jing’s place feels right at home upon checking in. Place is spick and span and well equipped with necessities to make your stay convenient. I will definitely look into coming back again upon my next overnight JB trip.

The unit is clean and quiet. It is high floor and faces the sea. You can see the Singapore customs from the unit. There is a link bridge to the R&F mall so is convenient especially when it rains. Walkable from CIQ.

I have a pleasant stay. the location is great. lot of restaurants and the apartments is on top of Larkin Junction Mall... the host is responsive. will stay again...

Very satisfied with our stay. The only puff is the building's lift.

We loved how the guards were friendly but also careful during our check in. Made us feel safe. Instructions provided had pictures so it was easy to recognise. Lift was super fast even when unit was at high ground. Scenery at bedroom and living room was breath taking. House was peaceful, serene and clean. During our 1st night, the aircond leaked water in the guest bedroom late at night, but Momo was very responsive and got it fixed the very next day even on a public holiday. Great for families with toddler as there were minimal breakable items. House was clutter free. Unsure if toys in the drawers were meant for guests, if it is, like I said, great for toddlers and kids. Wardrobe, microwave oven and toilet was clean hence no smell. Would definitely recommend to stay.
