Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von der Reeperbahn, mit vielen Bars, Kneipen, Theatern und Musicals. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das bekannte Schanzenviertel und der Hafen ebenso. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der tollen Aussicht bis zum Michel, der Reeperbahn, dem Hafen und der Elbphilharmonie. Die einmalige Lage mitten in der Szene ist unschlagbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Moderne, helle 2 Zimmer im grünen Hamburg

Gern begrüßen wir Euch in unserem Anbau unseres Einfamilienhauses in der grünen Oase Hamburgs. Ihr wohnt wunderbar ruhig und grün und seid trotzdem in 30 Minuten mit Rad oder Bus in der Hamburger City. Alles was man für ein paar Tage vor Ort braucht, wird Euch bei uns gestellt. Wir leben hier mit unseren 2 Kindern, daher gibt es hier auch mal Kinderlärm und Spielzeug ;) Und für alles weitere immer gern einfach Fragen!

Zwischen der historischen Altstadt und dem bunten Treiben in Lüneburgs Fussgängerzone ist die Wohnung optimal gelegen. Ein kleiner Kiosk ist um die Ecke und der Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken oder auf ein Gläschen Wein ein.
