I had accommodated my girlfriend who came from Switzerland and it was all great :)

We rented Bernhard his apartment during New Year's Eve. We were looking for a quiet stay for our dog as he is afraid of fireworks. We had a lovely quiet stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you might need. There were few fireworks in the area and with the shutters of the apartment you could easily lock you up. Communication with Bernhard was easy and pleasant. The area is beautiful for hiking. Highly recommended.

I spent a week with Diana and Coert to accompany my husband to a clinic stay. The location was perfect to be in the clinic in 5 minutes. During the day I worked remotely and the apartment offered enough space and tranquility for this. The house, renovated with love, exudes so much atmosphere that you just have to feel comfortable.

A very great apartment in which we felt immediately comfortable. Really great furnishings and super great contact. We can absolutely recommend it!! :)

I am in Osnabrück several times a year for a few days and then always a guest with Petra if possible. The location and the apartment are just great. The amenities and the cleanliness are impeccable. Absolutely recommended!

The place was completely as described and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for me. Secluded and quiet. I was able to get into some hiking trails offered on Komoot directly from there. It's not far to Kalkriese by car. There you can find out extensively about the Varus battle. Shopping is also a few minutes away by car. The apartment is new and very well appointed. On two terraces you can watch the sunrise and sunset or just enjoy the view over the field and the silence. If my vacation had been longer, I would have liked to extend my stay. I'd love to come back. Best, Sabine

Very luxurious airbnb with all the comforts. Wonderful beds and the bathroom was top with rain shower and bathtub. Communication with Charlotte also went smoothly and quickly. In short, absolutely recommended!

Alles prima !!! A drying cloth was missing for rinsing TV program very messy But that's whining at the highest level ! It's nice !

Everything was excellent - the rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room everything! The location was private, quiet and very convenient for people who have to go somewhere. A lot of public transport available. The only thing we had a problem with was the internet connection. But otherwise we had a great time😊

I've been with Barbara for a week and couldn't be happier to stay with her! After a problematic accommodation before, Barbara offered me a little paradise at short notice, which is really worth every penny. The apartment is absolutely clean and well maintained, the bathroom offers full privacy, and the wifi works perfectly – everything very important to me. The location is ideal: shopping and restaurants are only 600 meters. The beautiful garden can be used, and as a special highlight there is a sauna with a fire bowl in front – perfect for cozy evenings. Barbara's kindness makes the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could give her 6 stars because they were really deserved here. Thank you Barbara for this perfect place to stay!

It all worked very easily. The equipment of the apartment is new and high quality. The TV could still be programmed, so you can watch your favorite channels right away, but we didn't really want to watch TV, but listened to music and sawn neatly. So that didn't bother us at all.

Great place with hot tub, overnight stay was possible at short notice and it really had everything you need!

My wife and I spent a perfect weekend at this property. We were looking for two days of rest and walks in nature, and Anne-Marie's apartment was the ideal venue for that. It is located right on the edge of a forest with lots of great walking paths - so bring some shoes as some of the paths can get muddy during wet conditions. The proximity of nature and the ease of getting into it was a huge draw for us. The apartment itself is a small building connected to Anne-Marie's beautiful home, yet it has its own private entrance and covered parking. The architectural style is very appealing and brilliantly executed. The home is surrounded by a well manicured garden with a coi fish pond, a bubbling fountain and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a true delight after the long walks that we took - it seems brand new and is in perfect condition. The apartment itself is like a small spa - superclean and with plenty of towels and bath robes & slippers. Overall a fantastic weekend!

We (2 adults & 1 baby) felt very comfortable in Benjamin's apartment. The apartment is super clean and nothing is missing. A sparkling wine was waiting for us to welcome us and coffee pods were also available for the first coffee on arrival. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the terrace. The contact with Benjamin was also very nice. We 100% recommend the place & will be happy to come back!

My stay was very nice. The place is absolutely perfect and I can only recommend it. Doris and her husband have very good taste. Surrounding there is a sushi restaurant, a farmer's market or the Cafe Doepke and so much more. Nature and architecture are fantastically beautiful in this area.

We felt very comfortable, the highlight was of course the hot tub. Everything was spotlessly clean and in order. The hosts were available at all times and responded adequately to questions. We would recommend this location & will be back for sure.
