Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gastonia

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

It was a really peaceful place to stay , I felt right at home , everything you could possibly need was in walking distance. The beds were really relaxing . All in all it was beautiful place and I had an amazing stay & I would stay again .

My mom and my family (a total of 6) stayed here to attend a craft event at the Cabarrus Arena (was 25 mins away from home) and to see the Christmas lights at Charlotte Motor Speedway (25 mins away). The home was very lovely. The host was very nice and responded promptly. It was a great price for the amenities and location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home! Enjoyed the open layout, modern kitchen, gas fire place, abundant natural light, and lovely bath. Beds were comfortable. Everything was in pristine condition.

This place was exactly what we needed for our family. It was open and spacious. The beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms and everything we need in the kitchen to prepare breakfast in the mornings. The washer and dryer we enjoyed too and the ironer and table were so helpful too for our needs. We would choose this place again when we'll come in the area again.

The house was super clean and very convenient for the event we were attending. Ramesh was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. We would definitely stay again if we needed to visit the area.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Another great stay at Edward’s place. Anytime I’m in the charlotte area I enjoy staying here. Top of the line appliances, comfortable bed, totally stocked with cleaning supplies, and has all the little details covered. It’s always a great stay and I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone passing through. I look forward to my next stay in the future!!

Excellent location and beautiful space. Lovely view of the city, area feels very safe. Walkable to restaurants and there is a great little coffee shop just up the street. It was the perfect location for our trip!

My family and I looked for a place close to friends we wanted to visit. Linda’s condo fit the bill with location and short distance to them. Her description sounded perfect and we booked. We were not disappointed, the condo was perfect from the moment we walked in. Everything you can think of needing is there and more. Comfortable, welcoming, decor and furnishings just perfect, and the beds and linens were so comfortable, we all slept great. While we did not cook any meals, the kitchen is set up with everything possibly needed. One afternoon we took a nice walk through the community, and several residence spoke to us, very friendly. The value was so much better than a hotel room, and we had an entire unit to “live in” for 3 days. Linda texted to check in on how we were doing and if we needed anything, that is above and beyond service! The next time we come to the area, we will make sure Linda’s place is available for us!

Anthony and Cheryl were phenomenal host from the moment I messaged him at 11 PM about a later check-in because my flight was late, they were more than accommodating. I was given very direct instructions and directions and everything was perfect. I then asked for a late check out because I was exhausted and they were even more accommodating. The space itself is beautiful and in a great location. I would definitely recommend this host 10/10. I hope to come back when I have more time to spend there!!
