This is a great spot for families of all ages and size! This is going to be a gem when it’s completed. Shawn, Justin and their staff are incredible! Looking forward to visit the area again!

The Dilly Dally was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway - a small cottage surrounded by woods, secluded and free from distractions. We needed rest and romance, and this is the place. Looking forward to checking out the other houses on the property!

This place was absolutely amazing! The cabin itself was beautiful and the outdoor patios gave us such a beautiful scenery to hangout, cook, and be together as a family! The hot tub was so enjoyable and very spacious for everyone. There is a number of fire pits behind the cabins and we had no issue being able to snag one for s’mores! We ordered our firewood and it was brought straight to the house!! The little town has the cutest set up and restaurants during the weekend+live music!! We will be back as soon as possible for another stay at QYB! Thank you to our host for being so responsive and helpful at anytime we needed, this is truly a perfect cabin getaway:)

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful surroundings, and cozy cabin with great amenities. My wife and I lived this place, great little getaway spot with multiple things to do on the property included in the cost. We lived sitting on the dock drinking coffee in the morning and drinking wine at night. Bed was comfortable, great water pressure and the kitchen was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host were great, responsive, flexible and helpful. Definitely coming back.

What a fabulous place for my son and his groomsmen for his wedding weekend! It could not have been more perfect! From ping pong, basketball, air hockey, corn hole, darts, fishing, board games...you name it, it was there! Hank the donkey was absolutely hysterical with his hee-haws and friendliness! He gave them some great stories to tell for years to come. Most of all though, David went above and beyond with his hospitality and generosity! The place was stocked with food and drink upon arrival. And to top it off, he cooked BBQ (brisket & ribs) for all the guys on Sunday for lunch, while they chilled at the house until the wedding that evening. What a gem! You don't see that often, if ever. Thank you for making a special weekend so memorable and for taking care of my gang so well.

QYB was a peaceful getaway only an hour from the DFW metroplex. Cabin is very roomy but cozy. Hammock and grill provided for private use but fire pits and hot tub is community use. Would come again!

Doris was an excellent host and very responsive. She keeps her place in pristine condition. The weather wasn't very accommodating, so we weren't able to take advantage of the kayaks nor hot tub, but Granbury Square made up for it. We hope to come back next summer.

Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back asap. Cabin #19 was super clean and cozy and the proximity to the lake, parking, restaurant and boat launch were perfect. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend their pickle chips and cheese nuggets and the French toast at breakfast was incredible!

We loved our stay at Cozy Hill cabin! It was such a great location with the beautiful outdoors at our feet. The hosts were very responsive and they were attentive to our needs. The home was so clean! I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb this clean to be honest. We loved our time in TX. We will definitely be back and would recommend this cute and cozy cabin to anyone.

we all had a great time "by the river". We spend most of our time outside and the patio and fire pit areas were perfect for that. Lots of wood for the fire pit too. We plan on going back!

Definitely a place we will book again! The pictures truly do not do this house justice. It's one of the nicest locations we stayed in. The house has a great layout with rooms separate from one another and a separate upstairs area to offer privacy if staying with friends or family. I wish we had been able to spend more time at this cabin to relax and unwind. Johnny and Chloe were great hosts!

We loved the cabin. It looked brand new on the inside and was setup perfectly! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our stay. Everything was super clean and nice. The cabin was fully stocked with all of the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. There were plenty of towels available as well. We loved that they provided some Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash in the showers. It was a fantastic place. The only downside is the gravel road was really rough.

Wally and Brenda have been fantastic hosts. They are very personable and go the extra mike to make sure we are enjoying the cabin and property. The cabin design and finishes are thoughtfully well done. The surrounding property is extremely peaceful and quiet. We wholeheartedly recommend this as a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and accommodations!

The cabin and ranch left me in awe once again, with its stunning 1800s log cabin and the breathtaking view from the front porch. It’s the perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple, equipped with a ceiling fan, AC/heat, and a well-stocked kitchen—just remember to bring your own shampoo and soap. The bed and linens are incredibly comfortable. There’s plenty to do on the ranch, from strolling the grounds to fishing in the catch-and-release pond, and watching the free-roaming horses and cattle. You can relax on the porch while taking in the valley view. The friendly resident cat and dog might stop by to say hello. Petra and her husband are wonderful hosts, welcoming and respectful. Stop reading this review and book the cabin before someone else grabs your dates!!
