Great location, check in was super easy with very detailed instructions. Underground parking was only $10 per night which was also convenient.

The cottage is just like the description shows. You can sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels while having your morning coffee. The kitchen has everything you need well stocked with pots and pans, the cupboards are filled with glasses and really good dishes. It even has a toaster, coffee maker and a full-size refrigerator. It’s in a very walkable neighborhood, but better than that. It’s a three minute walk into the park where there’s trails that go all around through the trees down to the lake. After your morning hike, you can jump in the Jacuzzi that’s right outside your front door. Vanessa is super helpful responding any questions within an hour? I can’t say enough about how great she was during my stay.

Tiffaney was so wonderful and easy to work with and the house was perfect for our trip. So close to everything that you could possibly need. Also the beds and pillows we really comfortable which made the nights feel like home.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Newhouse Mansion! Such a beautiful home with awesome amenities. Our family had enough space for each to relax privately and the layout of the home was large enough to allow for a comfortable gathering. Serene property and surroundings - just gorgeous! Kessa greeted us with joy to kick start a fantastic 4-day getaway! I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful townhouse and in the perfect location for local restaurants and the Dallas Farmer's market. The roof top patio was a huge bonus to view the Downtown area. Instructions to enter the townhouse were given and the owner stayed in great communication from us. Thank you Blake for assisting us in renting the perfect place to stay while our family attending a wedding in the area.

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

This place is such a gem! It was a perfect base for us (2 + a dog) - we cooked, went for a run, walked to dinner and were easily able to get to friends. Adam was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space is very well curated. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!!!!

My wife and I stayed for a few days with our pup and it was perfect for a couple. The guest house is clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed for our vacation. We loved the big television, comfortable furniture and bed, nice shower, and private courtyard. The area is very safe and walkable with beautiful homes and nice neighbors. Jeff made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. This is one of the better AIRBNBs we've booked and we will be staying whenever visiting Dallas in the future. Thanks Jeff!

This was a very cozy and lovely room, and Noelle did a fantastic job making me feel right at home. She treats her guests like they're her new neighbors who she'd love to get to know, and was very responsive with any questions I had. Would absolutely love to stay here again if I'm ever back in Dallas and need a short term place!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the host accepted our extended stay request. I will say I wish there was a mop, would help keep the ants away. we had a little one and you know how that goes.

Place was really clean and it was a nice stay! Check in was easy and we had an assigned parking spot. Seemed to be the best deal in Dallas that we could find!

Lydia was a fantastic host. We've extended our stay 2 or 3 times last minute and Lydia always got back to us very promptly and accommodating even offering to top us up on supplies etc. Because of our extended stay the front door lock was also running out of batteries and she promptly got her sister to stop by and replace them for us. The house was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed this air, B&B more than most. I can say that this was more of a homestay than most other experiences we’ve had with an Airbnb that seem to be a little bit more sterile. This is definitely is not that place. It had all the amenities & extras. The bed was very comfortable had tons of pillows. The couch was comfortable and had TV in the bedroom as well as in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer was excellent. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The porch was adorable. The location of this house was perfect. It was in walking distance to two really nice grocery stores and lots of good restaurants. It has an excellent Mexican and Greek restaurant that’s in walking distance. We did not have a car nor did we need one. The host are very responsive. We highly recommend this home.
