We absolutely loved our stay! Everything went super smooth from check in, to when we left. The sauna and hot tub were such a nice bonus as well!! The host was really helpful and proactive with letting us know everything we needed to. We’ll definitely be back to stay here.

Cozy fun place to spend Christmas. Game room was awesome. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Plenty of room for all the kids to spread out. Would definitely stay again.

Jonathan did a great job of providing a very clean, beautiful home that met our expectations and more. He put up a Christmas tree as a welcoming touch that we really enjoyed as we spent the holidays there with our family. It was a great experience.

This place was more than we expected! Such a great location and so many amenities that we didn’t expect like a ping pong table, bikes, a wagon to carry things to the beach, and an xbox. We loved the hot tub under the stars and the kitchen was very spacious and perfect for our trip with around 12 people. We went during the winter/spring and it was still way fun but this place during the summer would be ideal and the perfect place for a summer vacation!

Jacob’s place was perfect for our stay. There was a problem with the rental up front and it was handled quickly and communication was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was warm, cozy, and felt just like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. The host was attentive and promptly delivered any requested items. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place is stocked to the 9s! The garage is filled with fun things to take on the adventures you go on in the area. It's fantastic for larger groups. We had 3 different familes so having king beds in 3 of the bedrooms was awesome! Private hot tub with an easy to manage mechanical lift cover was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet. The best view was out back of a pasture and we wish they would have built a deck coming off the upstairs portion to take advantage of the view and for more privacy. The front had patio chairs which was nice but it wasn't private and it was facing the back side of another house. However, the lower portion of the back had the hot tub and some picnic tables and grass. They provided plenty of linens. Bring your own beach towels though! They also provided some board games and lots of DVDs plus an xbox, pinball, and foosball. So much to do if stuck home for weather etc. Loved the kitchen supplies. But I couldn't find a cheese grater lol but no big deal.

The apartment was as described. Inside a condo complex across the road from Bear Lake. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. I liked that they had made it welcoming; the fireplace and a few lights were on, so it was cozy to walk in to. Consider the view if it is very important to you. There is a building in front of part of it, and the pool has significant fencing. For me, the second floor provided a better view of at least part of the lake. They were VERY gracious and let me look at a couple of units to pick the one I liked best. The pool and hot tub seem very nice; I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy. The whole area is very lovely there. I enjoyed the pace being much slower at this time of year.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to the serene lake was a dream. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. We hope to be able to come back during the warmer season.

Overall this was a great place to stay for a large group. There were beautiful views and plenty of amenities such as a kitchen supplies, fun things for the kids and extra accessories like bikes, camp chairs etc. This is a great place for a large group and our family had a ton of fun spending time at the house. my only recommendation would be to bring your own coffee and toiletries like soap and shampoo. Everything else was well stocked and clean. We loved our stay and would definatly recommend for those thinking of coming to Beat Lake.

The view from the porch is lovely. We had 11 adults, a baby, and a toddler and it was a great space to sleep all of us. The host was very responsive and helpful if we had questions or problems come up!

Great, friendly and very responsive host. The condo is in a wonderful location just across the street from the marina. There were so many birds and a herd of deer hanging around the property all weekend. The clubhouse with a large hot tub was just next to the building. We had such an amazing stay. Thank you!

Nice surroundings and everything was as expected as stated on their site. Clean and comfy.

We wanted a peaceful place that would still give our grandchildren something to do. We absolutely loved the pool and were in it at least six hours each day. There were also tons of games to choose from for all ages to enjoy, and a huge screen with many channels to access. We enjoyed s'mores at the firepit and the kids loved the playset. There is plenty of parking that is easily accessible. Montpelier is very close so we could pick up groceries and go to the Butch Cassidy Museum and the cute ice cream store. Laurel was an ideal host and went out of her way to make us comfortable and informed. We really love this place!!

Loved staying here. Enjoyed the peace and quite with my kiddos. There were a few items and things cleanliness wise that needed to be addressed and the team was very communicative and were right on top of it and are giving me a 50% refund on the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful location with an epic view of the lake! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The Ping pong table, giant jenga & movie projector were super fun to use. We appreciated the little things the owners thought of like providing a fully stocked coffee bar and having camp chairs available to tote down to the lake. Thanks forva great weekend! We will be back!

In town for Raspberry Days it's close to the park, easy to find, easy to get downtown for restaurants/gift shops. Cabin was tidy, bathroom well stocked, trash bags well stocked, a small coffee maker, and there is a kitchen but nothing to cook with. This was ok for us as we didn't need to cook but you may have to ask beforehand or bring your own. there were paper towels, paper plates, a few dishes, dish soap and plastic utensils but nothing to cook with. Michael is responsive as we did have a small issue that was resolved quickly. The property/area is quiet, cabins are pet friendly which is great. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house has a large family room which was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and welcoming. The location is convenient to local stores and the lake. We were very pleased with the owners and the property, and we plan on renting this home again.

5 out of 5 stars!! We stayed at this cabin in the dead of winter and overlooked the beautiful snow covered valley with the spectacular turquoise lake right at the center. So serene! Honestly, it doesn’t get better than this! There’s ample amount of room for whatever size your family or friend group is. It’s perfectly equipped with a massive kitchen, barbecue, multiple TVs, a game room, a huge fireplace, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and bask in the beautiful scenery!! We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this is honestly one of the top spots we’ve ever visited!! We returned to the city recharged and relaxed after this incredible weekend!

Such a great place!! Lots of space, great for large families. Beautiful view, toys and other fun things to do, great deck. We've stayed in a few different places in bear lake and this was our favorite, we plan to come back this winter!
