The ambience is warm and cozy enough to accommodate the cold in December. Pretty Aesthetic as it looks in the images. The caretaker is very helpful and humble. The heaters could have been a little better otherwise the overall experience from bonfire facilities to hygiene in the bathroom was pretty good.

In the year 2022, I came with my son for very first time and it was such a amazing experience with winged villa, since then till today June 24 the experience has turned out to me beautiful and amazing ,both with property and care takers Manoj bhaiya and Hema ji his wife ar amazing people ,they not only take care of things but they also very helpful with many things like guidance on how to go to a particular place and what all can be explored etc. The best part of winged villa is, it's nor too high not too low just perfectly placed from where you can view all of the sattal beautiful hills..a must for families as it's got huge space ,were children can play and grownups can sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery while having a cup of chai. Extremely beautiful property located in the hills of Nainital. We were planning to stay here for a day just to visit Neem Karolis babas ashram. But we were so blown away by the peace and beauty of the villa that we extended our stay for another two days and stayed and explored other places in Nainital and enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The caretaker Mr. Mani was so helpful for all our needs and guiding in local sightseeing . The housekeeping is perfect with a dedicated staff coming in daily for cleaning , changing towels etc , it was as if just in a hotel. This is so far the best service I have received in the very many properties we have booked through Air Bnb. Kudos to the whole team for making it such a wonderful experience for your guests.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Kukreti’s villa. The location is perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery with breathtaking views of the hills. The property itself was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally kind and caring, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He even gave us a call to check on how we were doing, which was such a warm and personal touch. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality, and it made our experience even more special. Truly a host who cares about their guests. The cook Priyanka at the property was truly amazing! She prepared delicious, homely meals that perfectly complemented the cozy hill station vibe. If you are looking for a serene getaway to recharge yourself and connect with nature, I highly recommend this property.

This is my second visit at Ram’s place. There could be No better place in orcha than this. Felt super amazing and was very happy with the interiors, linen, surroundings, cleanliness and everything. I’d you are visiting orcha, choose this places at your stay. You’ll not be disappointed.

The host was quite friendly and accommodating. His place was spacious with ample sunlight and fresh air. The kitchen was fully furnished and every tiny detail was taken care of.

Firstly, the place was exactly as described, infact better than the pictures. It's quiet and has a lovely view of the mountains, small lawn to play badminton etc. The view from the balcony is also very nice. The cooking quality is upto the mark with the hot food being served directly from the kitchen. The caretaker and the help are supportive. They have excellet inventory of the board games. Only missing point is that the washeooms can be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place with even better hosts. Room is great value and only 100-150 metres away from the hustle and bustle of a popular street market and food. Internet/wifi very fast, Himanshu is always making sure you have enough clean water and not far from the Taj at all. Highly recommend.

The place is beautifully made & very well maintained. The approach road to the property is quite steep which is very much expected on hills. The caretakers were very good and honoured all our requests. The cook made exceptional food and served us hot food even at 12 midnight. The views from the property are not mind blowing but the overall property is very good. The club house needs some attention and maintenance though. Club house was the only disappointment. Rest everything was amazing. Must Stay!!

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

The place was as described, peaceful, spacious and beautiful. The hosts Anmol, Mukesh and others were very responsive and helpful.

Once you get past the unusual layout of this property, you will enjoy an excellent stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean while the eating area inside is a perfect congregating space. There is a tidy area outside for relaxing and eating too. As a host, Vaibhav is exceptional. He began by welcoming us and ordering us some groceries (which arrived in minutes) and explained the workings of the property. He was responsive to messages and quickly solved problems and made useful suggestions. I would really suggest you send him messages about anything you need - he really is tremendously helpful. The area is vibrant and lively. There is a market at the end of the road and the very cheap metro is a short walk away. There are also more westernised shops and cafes quite close by if you need a break from the fantastic spice of Indian life. All in all, this a lovely property with an amazing host. I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at The White House Villa. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The pool was clean, and Prasesh and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommended The White House Villa for anyone who are looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Kathmandu.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and all amenities were in great condition. It truly felt like a home away from home. The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.

Great location with all the listed amenities. Moreover the property is situated in a society with security cameras and guards. Had a great time with peaceful enviroment. Host is also responsible and always eager to help you out in every way and Rohit the caretaker is the USP of property. Highly recommended for a least 2-3 days stay.
