The property is amazing and located at a very nice location. Everything required was provided and caretaker as well as host was responsive.

Achal Heights was an ideal getaway for our group. We needed this break from the hustle and bustle of our lives and we got exactly what we were looking for. The home itself is so beautiful and thoughtfully planned. We felt completely at home with the house-help who was so willing to support our wishes. The outdoor view, of course, is to die for- with a large expanse of mountains and the gardens surrounding the home. Just breathtaking! We enjoyed the sunshine and our meals and our walks. We'll surely visit again and probably stay longer to enjoy the quiet and comfort.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. It is a lot more spacious than you see in the pictures. The area is pretty nice and reachable to nice restaurants and cafes. It is close to Graphic era university - there are plenty of grocery stores and small eateries around. The house was equipped with all the necessary amenities. We could cook and play board games with family. Caretaker jhoop Singh was very kind and helpful. He made sure we had a nice stay. Manish was proactive and made the checkin and checkout process smooth. :)

I liked Abhinab's beautiful villa so much that I immediately booked it again for two more nights. The pictures really don't do this place justice!

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Villa in Hartola! The property is located in a stunningly scenic location surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life - which was our aim for this holiday. Our group of four had a comfortable and relaxing stay, thanks to Abhash, who is an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to cater to all our needs and made us feel completely at home. He took note of each and every requirement & I was surpised that all of them were met plus the little surprise made us all happy. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying morning tea in the balcony during the chilly winter mornings—an experience not to be missed! Abhash also guided us on nearby walking trails & introduced us to the local cuisine, as well as the rich flora and fauna of the region, which added a unique & personal touch to our trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality, this is highly recommended.

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

Mistletoe house is beautifully designed and artistically decorated. The charm of the house is the beautiful garden in the property offering good view and privacy. The caretaker Dinesh and his family did a fabulous job looking after us and making beautiful local dishes. This house is a haven for those seeking peace and quiet. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning views of the surrounding landscape through the large windows, and the beautifully curated interior design made us feel instantly at home. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing excellent local recommendations for dining and activities. We spent our days relaxing on the balcony, soaking in the tranquility, and exploring the nearby area, which was easily accessible. This is truly a special place that exceeded all expectations

During our trip to India, we we’re looking for something to get rid off the Delhi heat and stumbled upon this place. Initially after reading the review we were very skeptical whether or not we should book. But after having a word with the Co-Host we thought of giving it a try for a night. Once we reached we immediately realized that we want to extend our stay as the place gives ‘out of this world’ kind-of-feeling but the hosts already had other nights booked so eventually we had to check out. Just A Word of Advice: This is a New listing NOT a New Villa (They have been hosting offline for 4 yrs now). The amount what you pay is mainly for the Location, Service and Amenities. The Villa is (as described) on top of a hill so for your buffet breakfast or the pool you need to drive down. We booked on Room only basis so our food was delivered to the villa. Last but not the least; Thumps up to the hosts as they have a great place.

I had a wonderful stay at The White House Villa. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The pool was clean, and Prasesh and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommended The White House Villa for anyone who are looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Kathmandu.

The property is awesome, very good value for money. We went to Rishikesh over a crowded weekend and this property saved our trip. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, refigerators, an RO, a microwave and a gas-stove. There is a small general store within the compound where everyday ration can be bought. The swimming pool (shared with other villas) is clean and well-kept. Most importantly, it is a safe space for women and non-male persons. But the single most important thing which sets this villa apart is the host. Gaurav was kind, generous, available when we had queries, and accommodative of our requests. It is thanks to him that we had such an amazing time. I would love to return to this property again, for a longer stay.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.
