The ambience is warm and cozy enough to accommodate the cold in December. Pretty Aesthetic as it looks in the images. The caretaker is very helpful and humble. The heaters could have been a little better otherwise the overall experience from bonfire facilities to hygiene in the bathroom was pretty good.

In the year 2022, I came with my son for very first time and it was such a amazing experience with winged villa, since then till today June 24 the experience has turned out to me beautiful and amazing ,both with property and care takers Manoj bhaiya and Hema ji his wife ar amazing people ,they not only take care of things but they also very helpful with many things like guidance on how to go to a particular place and what all can be explored etc. The best part of winged villa is, it's nor too high not too low just perfectly placed from where you can view all of the sattal beautiful hills..a must for families as it's got huge space ,were children can play and grownups can sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery while having a cup of chai. Thanks to Manoj bhaiya and Hema!

Kuljeet Ji's place is a luxurious retreat, exquisitely designed, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The caretaker is highly experienced and an exceptional cook, serving delicious food that exceeded our expectations. Our group of friends had an unforgettable time, especially enjoying the bonfire in the expansive outdoor garden. The entire property is beautifully adorned with vibrant flowers and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and picturesque ambiance. Truly a hidden gem, this place is highly recommended for all types of travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and a memorable stay.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Kukreti’s villa. The location is perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery with breathtaking views of the hills. The property itself was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally kind and caring, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He even gave us a call to check on how we were doing, which was such a warm and personal touch. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality, and it made our experience even more special. Truly a host who cares about their guests. The cook Priyanka at the property was truly amazing! She prepared delicious, homely meals that perfectly complemented the cozy hill station vibe. If you are looking for a serene getaway to recharge yourself and connect with nature, I highly recommend this property.

This is my second visit at Ram’s place. There could be No better place in orcha than this. Felt super amazing and was very happy with the interiors, linen, surroundings, cleanliness and everything. I’d you are visiting orcha, choose this places at your stay. You’ll not be disappointed.

I stayed with my 80yr old mother and my brother with his wife and daughter. This place is very nice each room has view of the mountains. From the roof terrace you can see Laxman Jhula and Ganga flowing through the mountains. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a peaceful retreat vacation. Only suggestion to Aditya is to keep Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk powder for morning tea n breakfast. Resturants are a little way down not reachable for a quick tea.

Firstly, the place was exactly as described, infact better than the pictures. It's quiet and has a lovely view of the mountains, small lawn to play badminton etc. The view from the balcony is also very nice. The cooking quality is upto the mark with the hot food being served directly from the kitchen. The caretaker and the help are supportive. They have excellet inventory of the board games. Only missing point is that the washeooms can be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

The place was as described, peaceful, spacious and beautiful. The hosts Anmol, Mukesh and others were very responsive and helpful.

Once you get past the unusual layout of this property, you will enjoy an excellent stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean while the eating area inside is a perfect congregating space. There is a tidy area outside for relaxing and eating too. As a host, Vaibhav is exceptional. He began by welcoming us and ordering us some groceries (which arrived in minutes) and explained the workings of the property. He was responsive to messages and quickly solved problems and made useful suggestions. I would really suggest you send him messages about anything you need - he really is tremendously helpful. The area is vibrant and lively. There is a market at the end of the road and the very cheap metro is a short walk away. There are also more westernised shops and cafes quite close by if you need a break from the fantastic spice of Indian life. All in all, this a lovely property with an amazing host. I would highly recommend it.

During our trip to India, we we’re looking for something to get rid off the Delhi heat and stumbled upon this place. Initially after reading the review we were very skeptical whether or not we should book. But after having a word with the Co-Host we thought of giving it a try for a night. Once we reached we immediately realized that we want to extend our stay as the place gives ‘out of this world’ kind-of-feeling but the hosts already had other nights booked so eventually we had to check out. Just A Word of Advice: This is a New listing NOT a New Villa (They have been hosting offline for 4 yrs now). The amount what you pay is mainly for the Location, Service and Amenities. The Villa is (as described) on top of a hill so for your buffet breakfast or the pool you need to drive down. We booked on Room only basis so our food was delivered to the villa. Last but not the least; Thumps up to the hosts as they have a great place.

I had a wonderful stay at The White House Villa. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The pool was clean, and Prasesh and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommended The White House Villa for anyone who are looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Kathmandu.

The property is awesome, very good value for money. We went to Rishikesh over a crowded weekend and this property saved our trip. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, refigerators, an RO, a microwave and a gas-stove. There is a small general store within the compound where everyday ration can be bought. The swimming pool (shared with other villas) is clean and well-kept. Most importantly, it is a safe space for women and non-male persons. But the single most important thing which sets this villa apart is the host. Gaurav was kind, generous, available when we had queries, and accommodative of our requests. It is thanks to him that we had such an amazing time. I would love to return to this property again, for a longer stay.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.
