Vacation rentals in Gambier

Ryan and Sarah were great hosts. The place was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway for Christmas break. The property sits on top of a hill and the views are amazing! One of my favorites things about this place was the fact that they had everything that you could possibly want in the kitchen and overall. They had things like aluminum foil, Tupperware, olive oils, etc…Would definitely return for another stay in the future!!!

We were looking for a cabin to getaway for the weekend and this cabin hit the mark! A couple days of enjoying a quiet fire in the fireplace while making food with our friends was perfect. We enjoyed the quiet solitude of the cabin and played games to pass the time. Teresa was a super host and their cabin is awesome! We will definitely be back to enjoy the cabin and location again.

Can't say enough about this place. Very unique and private. Had an amazing stay and can't wait to book again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I celebrated our 18th anniversary at Whispering Pines Villa #1 and it was the perfect getaway. The property is beautiful, peaceful and a great place to relax. We spent time in the hot tub, cooked, played board games, watched movies, listened to music and went into the town of Wooster for a great brunch at The Leaf (highly recommend for brunch and good drinks.) The villa has everything we needed to feel right at home. The Villa was exactly as described in the description and pictures did not do it justice. It’s more beautiful in person. Sam is a great host…very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Check in/out was seamless and so easy. We got several inches of snow while we were there and we were pleasantly surprised when someone showed up in the morning to shovel! We will definitely be back for another getaway…hopefully in the summer so that we may enjoy more of the outdoor amenities and grounds. We had the best time! 10/10 recommended .

The place was very clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels, bed linens, and blankets. We could hear the folks in the upper level & the pitter patter of a dog running around, but they were quiet & it was not disturbing. The owner was communicative. We were visiting my daughter for family weekend at Kenyon & will not hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much!

Very nice location. Irene was very easy to work with. It snowed while we were there and her husband came over and shoveled the walk and driveway. The house was very welcoming. I will definitely stay again when I am back in town.

To put it shortly, the cabin was even better than the pictures. It was a very cute little cabin with a nice lofted area, very cozy. The living room was gorgeous and it was so nice to leave out little treats and snacks for us as well as the amenities. Lisa was an excellent host; very responsive and helpful. I think we will need to come again in the future, everything about this trip was amazing. Thank you again!

We loved this place. The house is inviting and clean, with lovely decorations - and a fun sports theme downstairs. It was nice to have touches like Starbucks coffee mugs and pretty hand towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. Jennifer and Kevin were responsive and friendly. We would come again. We had 5 adults but it would also be a great place for kids.
