The host were very warm and welcoming. Every room had the mentioned amenities. We checked-in pretty late, but the host had zero issues with this and didn't bat an eye! Staying here literally felt at home - warm hosts, zero disturbance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!

The place is as advertised. Justin is an excellent caretaker. He was very helpful and responsive to our needs. the view is beautiful. the pool was clean with a jacuzzi. The food that Justin cooked was top notch. Highly recommend this place to just relax and chill.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The property is nestled in a beautiful hill station, surrounded by stunning views that made my trip unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing excellent local tips that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Waking up to the serene landscape each morning was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature. Can’t wait to come again.

What a great find Jerry and Sally's place was! We stayed over for four nights with our extended family and everyone loved the beautiful house and its surroundings (with an added bonus of a well maintained pool!). Jerry and Sally were very helpful with instructions and useful tips, while the staff at the house took really good care of us. They even sorted an extra room for our driver! Our trip got a bit sidetracked with few visits to the hospital, and the staff at the house were extremely accomodating and helpful. Thanks you for a memorable and enjoyable stay! Would highly recommend!

The place was exactly what it is was in the photos. The villa was clean with amazing setup. The linen was fresh and was replaced everyday. The kitchen was spotless. The villa is 20 minutes drive, away from Kandy city. It is surrounded by forest and hills which makes the views exquisite. The caretaker, Mark, was an amazing person to interact with. He welcomed us with an amazing dinner after we had a tiring day. He helped us with breakfast and dinner during our stay and also helped us with local transportation. His hospitality was amazing. Kudos to him and his help for making us feel at home during our stay at the villa.

Lovely, spacious house with wonderful view across the hills. Some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka (highly recommend paying for dinner). The guys who look after the place and cook live in part of the house, so it's not totally private (and you can't use kitchen yourself). Nice wooden chess and draughts sets! Very good service

Nice location, well connected and informed hosts that will help with whatever you need and make you feel right at home, extended my stay because I didn’t want to leave!

If you are looking for a wonderful villa, set in a beautiful location, with facilities to hand, you are looking at the right place. Add to that a charming local host ready to arrange travel, guide activities, and cook tasty Sri Lankan meals and you will have to look hard to find a better holiday destination. Communication from the moment we booked was excellent, we had a beautiful holiday. Very highly recommended. Ged.
