Renovated beachfront apartment in El Rodadero

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos' spacious apartment. The highlight for us was the balcony, which has a great view of the hills to the north and a narrow view of the ocean in the right direction to see the sunset, and was also good for seeing birds in the nearby trees. The check-in was smooth and the wifi was fairly stable. There are good air conditioners in each of the three bedrooms. There isn't one in the living/kitchen area, but by putting a fan in a bedroom door, we could cool the main area as well. There is a water filter in the kitchen, which produces good, drinkable water from one tap there. The on-demand hot water heater was tricky to deal with, but worked. The windows are thin, so we were occasionally bothered by street noise at night, but we were fine when using ear plugs. The neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of shops and restaurants, and there is direct beach access from the building. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

From April 9 to 15, I stayed with my wife in Doña Angela's apartment, which was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing us with comfort and security during our vacation. It has direct access to the beach, allowing for comfortable and quick entry and exit. we recommend it 100%.

To begin with, the apartment and the residential complex as such are SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very kind from the beginning, taking care of the whole family, including the dogs. They helped us in every way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, we traveled early and they managed it in the best way to get us the apartment ahead of time for our convenience. 100%RECOMMENDED
