Mr. Avelino is very communicative, an excellent host, and the apartment is well organized and clean. The Flat is very close to natural pools, markets, pharmacies and others, I felt right at home. I'll be back soon!

carlos Gustavo's Apt perfectly met our expectations, was extremely clean, organized and had everything we needed to make breakfast. The place is super illuminated is air-conditioned, the bathroom was super clean and the view is perfect. For those who want quiet is ideal.

The complex where the accommodation is located is beautiful. With private exit to the beach, swimming pools, game room and security. The beach with few people, quiet and corals with fish 200 meters from the exit to the beach. Yuri was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Maria Augusta was very attentive, she answered us promptly. The flat is exactly as described by the host, beautifully decorated, cleaning grade 10, has everything the host needs. Regarding the high wall beach, without words is excellent, quiet place of calm sea, it looks like a swimming pool, hot water and lots of privacy. In relation to the Nui Condominium, beautiful and warm pools, very nice place. Our family loved it, we will be back for sure.

Very quiet, comfortable and peaceful stay. Everything in the condominium works, the breakfast is a delight and it is worth the cost that is 30.00. The beach has an impeccable location and guest access makes it comfortable and safe. All staff were polite and cordial. Ana Maria always responded quickly and was available and gave us a lot of information before the date. We'll be back for sure!

The ap. is very nice! The ap. is on the ground floor. Tem Beer, Washing Machine, Air Fryer etc. It faces the pool. The condominium octata with gym, playground, game room, courts and restaurant. Restaurant prices are fair! The condominium faces the sea and has access to the beach. The beach is spectacular. It's a swimming pool. There is a kiosk on the beach (condominium) serving drinks and snacks. There's no waiter. You need to go there. Near the condominium there is Villa Muro Alto which is a good option for dinner. It has 2 restaurants, a café and a gelateria. The place is really nice. There are no restaurants near the condominium. Either you go to the Villa or PG. It has a mini market near (10 to 15min) if you wish to make purchases (high price). The condominium is about 30 minutes from Porto de Galinhas. In the period I went (March 2025) I found it quite crowded. Overall, the ap. is excellent! Only minor maintenance is missing (painting and adjusting some furniture). I would definitely come back!

We were in March/2025. Spacious apartment, clean, airy, corresponded to the advertised. Well-equipped kitchen and working appliances. The condominium is very well cared for, clean and nice. All very polite. Clean pools. We arrived on a Saturday, we were afraid of the noise, but the building's acoustics is great. We'll be back for sure on the return to P. Chicken.

Highly recommended apartment, for several reasons: - Location: close to downtown to walk at night, 10 minutes away, if there is a full moon and low tide you can go back on the beach! You can also walk to the natural pools to spend the day. Large supermarket 4 blocks away, and a 24-hour pharmacy. - Beach: beautiful. With waves when there is high tide, but they are not strong, so it's fine to play with the children. No waves at low tide. There are lifeguards nearby who indicate when it is dangerous with flags, you walk a little and you can swim. - The condominium: super safe, well maintained, each apartment can use an umbrella and 4 sun loungers with a table on the beach, there is a bathroom and showers near the pools. 24-hour security. A bottle of water is requested from the manager. - The apartment: well-equipped, comfortable, just like the photos and description. The balcony has the best view. 3rd floor with elevator. I would definitely come back, and I recommend it.
