Close to the sea, the room is beautiful, and you can have a very comfortable stay!

Everything was very nice. No complaints about the living room, bedroom, bathroom and sauna, terrace with BBQ grill and pool. The sea is a 1-minute walk away. It was warm even in Chiba in December, and I'd love to visit again in spring and autumn.

Thank you for your kind attention to this question before booking. The room was clean and it was a cold season, but it was comfortable to adjust with air conditioning, which was good.

The house is basically brand new, modern, and we'll equipped for a family group. Bedrooms downstairs, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room upstairs. Floor heating took the edge off the cold. We were worried that the house would be too far a walk from nearby train stations, but this turned out not to be an issue. It was very flat, a nice area to walk around, and easy to get to multiple different transit stops. You should definitely consider staying here with a family group!

Chika was a wonderful host! Helpful, kind and very responsive to our messages within a very quick timeframe. House was clean and tidy with everything you would need to use on a daily basis and more! Well equipped kitchen supplies. Well equipped bathroom supplies. Washer and dryer were great to have. Chika labelled all utilities in the house so that it made everything easy to use. Well heated in bedroom, bathroom and lounge room. Quilts were so warm and comfortable. Loved the location!! Everything at your doorstep… Hot water and cold filtered water machine to use which was great! House is narrow, on the smaller side… with narrow steep stairs - something to keep in mind with elderly and young children. Our house at home has stairs so our 3 year old was fine. We would definitely return! Best location and wonderful home and host! Thank you ☺️

The location was also great, it was a private space, and I had a good time with my friends. It seemed like a different way to enjoy it when it was a little warmer, and I wanted to try it again. Thank you very much.

My wife and one dog stayed for 2 nights.There are limited places where dogs can be present, but there is also a dog run, and it is a separate fee, but I also experienced the tent sauna for the first time and enjoyed it. In the evening, I went to the shop I wanted to go to, but I also had a bonfire and BBQ, and baked local seafood for breakfast outside. On the second day, it was such a facility next door, so it was noisy, but the private space was kept with trees, and it didn't bother me that much. The facility was also quick, and it was nice to be able to extend the checkout. We'd love to go again.

Very close by to Mejiro train station. About 300m. Enough places to eat and convenience stores on the way. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We arrived late to the accommodation. The room was beautifully ready for us and the heater had been put on for comfort prior to our arrival. Ushka provided some ramen in the room in case we didn’t feel like heading out which was a godsend. The space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in! It was a perfect place to retire to after being out walking all day. The mid stay bath bombs and the availability of a bath was perfect to soak away the day. The hospitality was much appreciated. The location was perfect for what we had planned. We loved our stay and will definitely be heading back in the future.

Cannot recommend this place enough. A beautiful quiet location a quick walk to supermarkets and convenience stores. Easy access to Shinjuku and surrounds, we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tokyo

Great house to stay in the city with 4-6 people. House has lots of space comparing to other place in Tokyo. The location is awesome which is walkable to lots of restaurants & cafes also the train station. Yuki is very quick responsive. Love to go back and stay there again when we are in Tokyo.

ami hayama, who is also the owner of Airbnb and runs a nice wine shop, was very generous with the invitation to an organ concert on the day of check-in, and temporarily left your luggage on the terrace even after check-out.The location was great, I had a great time eating with the ingredients I bought in front of Zushi Station, the ingredients I bought at the nearby supermarket, and I had a wonderful time eating with the wine I bought on the first floor!The children were also very satisfied.Thank you very much.

Loved the place--cozy and stylish with Scandinavian-Japanese minimialist design. Quick walk to the subway that can get you to Shinjuku/Shibuya. Place was good enough for the two of us, had the basic amenities of home and was a stone's throw away from convenience stores, a grocery, salons, restaurants, and the bus stop that goes to Nakano Broadway and station. Anton was very helpful and responsive in helping us figure out the heating system in the winter. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent location with plenty of comfortable space to feel at home. Close to train station, restaurants, and shopping. Great thrifting and dining in the area. One thing to be aware of if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues: this home is a traditional Japanese home layout, meaning the bathroom is located on the ground floor while the main bedrooms are located on the third floor, and the main living space is on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay here and looked forward to “coming home” at the end of long days walking and exploring all that the neighborhood has to offer. We would gladly stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place. The house was impeccably clean, which made it comfortable and relaxing. It has plenty of room to relax, spacious and feel at home. The location was convenient, a bit far from city but the distance was manageable and well worth it for the peaceful surrounding. The host was responsive and everything was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and spacious. The views were nice of the Tokyo Skytree and highly recommend staying for a couple of nights.
