Vacation rentals with a patio in Fuorigrotta, Naples

We had a fantastic stay in November watching from the terrace the clouds gather over Vesuvius. The stairs kept us fit. Good local supermarket. Safe. Clean. Well equipped . Very helpful and responsive hosts. Made it easy and we very happy. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Rosa's place is just great. It offers everything you need and the roof terrace is particularly beautiful and has to be unique in the warmer season. Also worth mentioning is the taxi stand 400 m away at the cathedral. We can only recommend the apartment.

The apartment was exactly as we imagined. Check-in was a breeze and the rooftop offered stunningly beautiful views of the entire city. We enjoyed exploring the Spanish quarter and visiting the local cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Located in the middle of one of the nicest neighborhoods in Naples, yet quiet. Very high quality and stylishly furnished. The sofa bed as well as the bed were comfortable and the kitchen very well and functionally furnished. The apartment is a bit dark, but we felt very comfortable. Especially the host Raffaele was super friendly, helpful and always available. Early check-in and late check-out were possible ❤️ Many thanks for this! We will be happy to come back!

Great roof terrace. Franco was very helpful when we had a minor water leak. We enjoyed our week here.

This place was great! A quick walk to the train/bus station for those who want to go to Pompei. It’s a quick walk to a street with great nightlife too! The place was very clean, they offered recommendations, host was responsive, & even had essentials like shower gel & cooking oil! The bed and pillows were great. I will say that this apartment may not be a perfect match for you due to it being on the first floor of busy area- but as a heavy sleeper, I had no problems getting a full nights rest.

Our experience at Ciro's house was super positive , we found ourselves in a villa very close to the center and downtown where we had commitments , the house is a few minutes away on foot from the university, and a few minutes away is a shopping center served by everything including ATM , with the car that we were able to park inside the villa, we then moved easily since a few minutes away is the entrance of the ring road and about ten minutes away is the caracciolo- Mergellina promenade, The stadium is also reachable on foot . The house is clean and comfortable with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, equipped with climate and TV in both rooms. With the accommodation of the university parking lot that prevents a few hundred meters and the metro station that is being born you can stay with a tranquility of the countryside in the city center.

We love the space, all very well organized and clean. It is well located, close to public transport and market. Biagio was a great host, kindly welcomed us and guided us about everything in the house, as well as giving tips on nearby services. Recommend to all..

We had a lovely stay and Giovanni provided helpful tips to get around Napels. The house was clean, had a nice big kitchen and there was private parking for our car which was nice since we brought a lot of stuff. Pompei and the center of Napels are both only a 20-25 minute car ride away. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Despite the late arrival, Carmen helped us with a quick check-in. She sent a ton of tips that made it easy for us to get in. Neighborhood full of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops run by local vendors. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely go back!

Perfect for our stay before flying out of the Naples airport. Bed was very comfortable and place was clean.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Great stay. Rita arranged a private transfer to Pompeii and had wine (for purchase) from her winery in the apartment when we checked in. This is a place I could live - and I rarely find that in an Airbnb!

The place was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The Neighbourhood is quiet and safe and you’re in between two metro stations within a couple minutes walk

Great host, spacious place with an awesome terrace! The view over the rooftops of Naples is stunning. Perfect place for exploring the city.

We had a great time at Fabrizio place, the house its brand new and very clean with all the appliances needed. Very close to the main square and easy to reach any destination even by foot. Pino is cohost was very lovely and he made sure we had everything possible that we need including a few bottles of wine for us to drink from him. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend it to other friends or family. We will be back for sure and thank you for the great experience.

Location was good. Walking distance from train station. The only real down-side was the loud voices that could be heard until the middle of the night. Did not affect my rest. This is a unit in an apartment building, as you would expect in the middle of a city.
