House vacation rentals in Fumel

We felt the Gite was better than the photos suggest with tasteful furnishings and artwork and was well appointed in all respects including the excellent pool. Andy and Annie were perfect hosts and had left for us some wine, charcuterie, bread and other useful items. Nothing was too too much trouble and whilst happy to give advice and be available when needed they respected our privacy. Would certainly stay again if visiting this part of France again.

We had a lovely week at the home in Florence. Despite an arrival (well late because of traffic jams and accidents) we were welcomed with his parents with kindness and kindness. The space is exactly as described, a friendly house that breathes love. Everything is there to feel very good. Access is really simple and private parking is a real plus in the city center. Thank you Florence for your welcome, we will come back to your place if we come back by agency with great pleasure.

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

We loved our time at Laetitia. A very warm welcome, a green and peaceful setting, an ideal pool to cool off, and the accommodation was functional. Good bedding. A place I keep in mind for future needs. thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Florence's in her beautiful rural house located in the splendid Dordogne Valley. Florence was an exemplary host, always available, very kind and full of good tips for discovering this rich region. The house was impeccably clean, very quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. In the evening, we were able to admire an incredible starry sky thanks to the low light pollution, which made our experience even more magical. Thanks to Florence for an unforgettable stay!

We had a lovely time with our girlfriends. The house is clean and as described. The spa and sauna are a real plus. Very welcoming host. Ideal if you like calm, the countryside and wine 🍷

This is a super house...as others have said, the photos do not actually do the house justice. It was in a perfect location for us. Super peaceful but only a short drive to the supermarket, shops and restaurants etc. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was perfect as was the large, fenced in garden which was perfect for out dog. House is spotless and the beds are super comfy. We had a wonderful family holiday and felt rested and recharged. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you Emmanuel

We spent 5 days (with our two teenagers) very nice in this beautiful house that has everything from the family home. It is located quietly but 5 mins from the village of Montpezat and close to the visits we had scheduled . Our hosts have been discreet but responsive to each request. The pool was welcome .

If you want peace and tranquillity, in a very comfortable house, surrounded by beautiful countryside and nature, look no further. A perfect spot to get away from it all, and from which to explore the department. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, and a terrace with views over the valley.

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very nice pool for lack of capricious weather, but appreciated the many quality household appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well-equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We had a pleasant stay at Périgord Noir thanks to the good location of Francis' cottage. The cottage is very well decorated and above all super well-equipped. The garden is a real plus for a family with children like us and Francis is very friendly and accommodating on the arrival time. We recommend Francis and his place for a peaceful stay!

The most refreshing weekend, everything is made for the well-being of visitors. We loved the wellness area and the massage offered by Claire who is a very pleasant host and available if needed The nearby village is superb and within walking distance. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, quiet, and in the middle of the holm oaks while being close to the pretty village of Catus, its local shops and its Lac Vert. The covered terrace allows for perfect moments of relaxation and healing. Communication with Stéphanie and Stéphane is perfect in terms of the organization of the stay, access to the accommodation until the day of departure. A place where you feel "at home", which makes you want to come back or share.

The house in perfect order and cleanliness, very comfortable and welcoming. The very friendly hosts welcomed us with a homemade walnut pie. Jerome recommended us places we were missing to visit since last year we had been in the area. The whole family and our dog were very comfortable. Very grateful for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed these 10 days at the Hauts de Calviac at Esther's. They are welcoming and warm hosts, giving good recommendations for things to do around and offering a whole bunch of evening or free access activities (pétanque, dart, Molki, etc.) all in a good mood and a family and warm atmosphere. We particularly liked the access to the pool (large enough to never feel like we are on top of each other) and the BBQ (by simple reservation), but also the location of the cottage (small site away from the crowds, the cottages are positioned in such a way that everyone keeps their privacy) which allows access to a lot of sites to visit in the area within 1 hour of driving (or even much less depending on what you decide to do). The cottages are clean and functional. In short, we had a great time and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you again.
