A very comfortable place to stay, although the place is very high up the mountain.

This was a great little unit, and a very homely feel. Ranka and Aoi were extremely helpful and very quick with responses. Supermarkets were very close, and the variety of transport options made it very easy to get around and explore. We found the area very quiet (our visit was over the Christmas period), and appreciated not being in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre. Our main reason for visiting was to go to Disneyland, which turned out to be very easy to get to on the bus and train. We really enjoyed the Sumida area and would definitely stay here again! the apartment was located beside an ice cream shop on the 2nd floor of what seem like a commercial space. we were pleasantly surprised by how neat and nice the apartment was. besides it lacking abit of privacy, we really enjoyed our stay.

Aya was an amazing host and responded to every query well. The house was amazing, so spacious and with a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. Thank you Aya!

When I went at night, I couldn't see the road, so there were difficulties. The room quality and facilities are impeccably perfect. If you can, we recommend checking in before dark. If you check in in a dark time, you won't be able to see the last sinful road. I recommend continuing to use the light to find the way

Would recommend this for a family gathering. The space was well planned to allow interaction as a large group. The large number of bathrooms does help in facilitating a bigger group who may not be accustomed to communal bathing as every room is ensuite. Rooms were also well heated for December. Not to mention clean and a well equipped kitchen. Communication was easily and language was not a barrier as well. Staff were readily available to respond promptly to queries. Had an amazing time with family here and the premise definitely provided comfort.

Very cozy and spacious place with spectacular Fuji Mountain View. We all love it. Wish we could come again and stay longer!

This time, I came to Shonan Marathon, yuko's place is a ten-minute walk from Ninomiya Station (I suggest google take the big road), 3 minutes from the beach (I have to find a sea star kindergarten, the side of the road on the side to the high-speed through), the house is very cozy and carefully arranged, yuko provides almost all the daily necessities, and coffee is prepared (of course if there is Japanese tea), the first floor is mainly a dining kitchen and living room, the second floor is two bedrooms, suitable for two families with small friends, and there is an elevator in the house that is very friendly for people with limited mobility.Inside the house, there is a special plus "Kanshan Temple outside of Gusu City, and the guest boat at half an hour at night."We can find a lot of food near the station. We went to the "fisherman" and cheap service, and you can find a convenience store near the station.If a bicycle rental can be provided or the nearby bicycle rental shop may be very helpful for overseas tourists, of course I have heard that Japanese transportation and regulations are very unfriendly to cycling.Finally, if I return to Ninomiya next time, I will still choose this listing, all the best!

They gave us information about nearby supermarkets and more days in advance! Also, the room was warmed up from the time of check-in. It was the best accommodation. Also, we had sweets at the Christmas surprise.🎉

What an amazing stay we had! Shoko was so caring, so warm and helpful. I just cannot express all my gratitude! From very helpful and informative message's to absolutely lovely cakes and sweet treats! We could experience a real traditional Japanese house, that for Europeans is quite a different thing. We found it great. We were with our children of 20, 18 and 14. They found it great!!! And Fujiyoshida! Beautiful! It's such a pity that we had just two nights! It's really not enough! Plan at least two full days! Dear Shoko! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I had a great experience during the stay at Rei’s house with my family. The room and facilities are comfortable, hot spring helps with a good sleeping. Some snacks served as sweet gifts. This is a peaceful place to enjoy facilities in the room rather than hiking outdoors. Rei really helped us a lot, especially book a taxi for us when we leave, appreciated that! I’ll definitely choose this house if I come again.

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Eriko was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had initial troubles finding the place. The place was as described, so much space, beautiful home, and incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings and location. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.
