Villa vacation rentals in Frosinone

Place was better than expected, and the host was very responsive. Reaching this place is tricky, so i suggest reading the instructions a few times, but once you make it in, its well worth the effort

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Beautiful, well kept home and grounds. Amazing beach views and accessible to beach. Wonderful neighbors and nearby coffee/bakery and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

Spacious accommodation, everything we needed was right there. There were 9 of us in the group, from a couple of 70 year olds to some bumptious teens. But we never felt cramped, there was so much room. The villa's setting and gardens were idyllic, the beach 50m. away. The pool in the garden a delightful oasis. Gaetano was a great host, unobtrusive, nothing was any trouble for him and we benefitted from his vegetable and fruit garden! The villa was very well equipped, the air-conditioning a god send. A car might be useful. We all totally enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Rome and Naples, (where we attended another daughter's wedding!)

The fantastic villa has a great location very close to the sea, with a large swimming pool and 2 outdoor showers (with Warmwsser!). We were 4 families with children between 1.5 and 14 years and immediately felt very comfortable. In every room there is air conditioning, the kitchen is super equipped and the sea view is simply magnificent. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach is not as crowded as the beaches in front. Terracina and Sperlonga are just 15 minutes by car from the house. The location is also perfect for day trips by boat. Carlotta was a super hostess, always available, very friendly and she gave us a lot of tips. On site, Anna takes care of the well-being of the guests. Overall it was a wonderful holiday for young and old. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Andrea was very attentive to everything. Despite we don't know Italian, he was attentive and careful to understand us. Recommended. Very clean everything. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

The finishing of the apartment is stunning. This place anyone would be lucky to stay at. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again!

The stay at the chalet was truly surprising. I expected it to be beautiful from the photos, but in person, it’s even more impressive! A genuine, cozy home with history, tasteful decor, authentic details, and everything in perfect working condition. The peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood doesn’t have many shops or amenities within walking distance. Although it’s not close to a metro station and walking to the historic center isn’t an option, you can easily get there by car, taxi, or bus. For more autonomy, I recommend renting a car, but I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying here. It’s truly a much better experience than most options in central Rome. The hosts, Mario and Diana, are not only very nice people, but they also left a “welcome kit” in the kitchen that provided delicious pasta and breakfasts for me. It was a great help since I had only a few days at the house and didn’t even need to go the market. A special place for those seeking tranquility during a Roman Holiday

We stayed in Stefano's house from September 3 to 10. spacious and comfortable spaces, even those outside and within walking distance of the sea. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the comforts. The only thing is the addition of a few larger pots as well as the pans and salads including a few towels.

Wonderful holiday in a top location!

Very nice place and extremely accommodating hosts. Quiet neighborhood in Acilia with easy access to Ostia Antica, and the heart of Rome accessible by Metro. There are also some nice shops/restaurants within walking distance. I also adored their sweet outdoor cat name Tiffany ❤️. Thank you for your hospitality!

My family and I stayed at Claudia’s place for our 8 day vacation. The house and grounds are beautiful, with ample space for all 8 of us. It allowed us to all be together & enjoy meals together. Claudia was attentive and provided recommendations for restaurants and traveling tips which was so helpful. We did rent cars as the villa is quite a drive from the airport and in order to get into Rome we had to drive to the train station or hire a car service. Overall, our stay was incredible & would recommend Claudia’s beautiful villa for anyone looking for a peaceful & quiet place to stay. Thanks for having us!

We were coming to Luigia's for the second time. This place is a PARADISE: incredible view, a short distance from very beautiful hikes in the hinterland as well as the sites of Tivoli and Rome. The village that you reach on foot from the house is lively on summer evenings. The house is clean, quiet, very well maintained. The indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and conducive to relaxation, including the beautiful swimming pool. Luigia and Armando's welcome is unparalleled. You feel good with them. Always ready to give tips for discovering the region. In short, a peaceful place and fabulous hosts!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

We had a great time in two families (4 adults and three kids). The house is on 3 floors, has two bathrooms, a nice terrace and 3 areas where you can sleep, so with lots of space! The kitchen/living area is very large and comfortable (maybe only one sofa is missing), and the fireplace is an important plus (in obvious winter!) in summer there is the pool and a nice large garden garden where you can stay. Serena was very kind :)

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

We just arrived home after spending 8 nights at Gianni and Amelia’s place. My two boys love to swim and, being English, we don’t get the best of weather so I was hoping the pool would still be open and the weather nice. Amelia told me it was unlikely but they kept the pool open for us anyway and the weather ended up being beautiful in October, plenty of opportunity for some swimming. It was so kind. The area is stunning and there is so much to do and see. Many tourist destinations in easy reach. We went to Rome on the train and drove to Pompei and back in a day. We loved Maenza, the locals were so kind and friendly. We visited the Abbey at Fossanova, Tiberius’s grotto at Sperlonga, wandered around Priverno and spent some time at the temple of Jupiter in Terracina. The space was clean and tidy, spacious and had everything we needed. We arrived at midnight and Gianni stayed up to welcome us, it was very kind to be so flexible. We would recommend to anyone!
