Great place, exactly like the pictures. The view - as mentioned by everyone - is stunning! We enjoyed it at every time of day, and even managed to have a glass of wine outside in the sun, at the end of November! The place was super clean, has everything you need, bright and warm, good shower, kitchen also has everything ( though we didn't cook....) Valentina always responded super quick. The walk from the center is about 20 mins, but the view is worth it. A few nice restaurants about 5-10 mins walking distance, same as the Coop. The street is quite noisy if you have the bedroom window open, for us no issue as it was too cold for that anyway, and the double glazing is perfect. we would come back any time when we are in Trieste!

Best location in Caorle. Loved it to be so close to the beach and to the old town. Apartment was also really nice. Parking on the street is little tricky as there is hardly ever a free parking space. Therefore we changed our plans a little so we didn’t have to move the car and don’t loose our parking spot on the street which Giovanna reserved for us.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights in early August. Gianmarco was a wonderful host. We arrived early and he was flexible in the check in hours. Quiet neighborhood and the beach is a short walk away. Private parking located on the premises. The busier town of Caorle is only a short drive away. Overall a pleasant stay.

great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

Place was very nice and clean great for kids. The pool is very clean. Nice neighbors. The only negative was the mosquitoes so mosquito spray has to be. It was a very nice holiday happy to come back.

La Pedrada is in a very convenient geographical location for winter sports activities, being close to Zoncolan and Sappada, and for hiking activities, being in the heart of Carnia. Nearby I found a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. The information to get to the place was clear and sufficient and Renata was fantastic in giving instructions and advice. The location is very welcoming, well organized, equipped and very clean. The view from the windows is truly beautiful. I highly recommend it.

We were there 3 and really felt very comfortable. The accommodation is fully equipped,the kitchen includes everything you need. You can also sleep well on the couch,even for a week. The surroundings were incredibly beautiful and had everything you could want on vacation. Everything is also within walking distance. Elke was really very kind and responded to any questions. Conclusion: We would love to come back!

Very nice and cozy appartement. We've never met this equipment anywhere else. The host has simply thought of everything: umbrellas for rainy weather, shopping bags, a perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom., etc. And it's nicer than in the pictures.

We very much enjoyed the serenity, calmness and charm of Casa Sauris. Location is perfect for walking/hiking, straight on to the path in front of the house, then up the mountain with multiple tracks and huts to visit, longer and shorter walks available. We would have given more than 5 stars if we could have. Incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very centrally located. Very clean, comfortable beds, lovely showers, efficient washer and dryer, great coffee, eco friendly. Just wow!! We have been to a lot of AirBnbs and this was definitely the best.

Our stay at Svetlana's apartment was excellent. She really thought of everything, even for my 2-year-old daughter: There was a children's chair, beach toys for the beach, a children's bath towel, and the bed for the third person on the sofa was already prepared. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the furniture still looked very new and well maintained. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was available and practically furnished. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, and the bathtub was also a plus. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a short stroll to the harbor and nearby shopping streets. Grado is a manageable, charming town, and everything is easily accessible on foot. The only small drawback was the slight damp smell in the apartment, but that didn't significantly affect our stay overall. We highly recommend the apartment!

Great experience. Spacious, modern house in a corner of the countryside and equipped with everything you need for a stay. In a good position to visit Udine, Gorizia, Grado, Cividale and even Trieste, as well as the historical routes of the Great War. Finally, the Osteria della Ribolla (15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car) is a great place for some tasty and pleasant dinners. Edy and Laura
