Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in 90sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and passes seamlessly and fence-free directly into the Schönbuch nature reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos), no barrier-free entrance to the apartment possible!

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Eine hochwertig, eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für erholsame, entspannte Urlaubstage. Einen Garagenstellplatz und der Zugang per Lift sind zu dieser Wohnung möglich. Die Nutzung des Hotpotts ist nur Absprache möglich. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10km Entfernung. In der näheren Umgebung sind der Schluchsee, Feldberg, Titisee, Rheinfall Schaffhausen und die Schweiz. Der Bodensee ist nach einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreichbar.

We rent a newly built apartment,in a rural village. The apartment is located in our farmhouse where we ourselves live a residential unit and which we gradually expand and renovate. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can take care of yourself. Parking is available. Wi-Fi access is available.
