Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fripp Island

This place was awesome, it met all of our expectations and we felt like we were at our own home. No complaints at all!

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

This is a beautiful quiet little getaway. This is an older home however the modern renovations make it so cute and comfortable. We felt right at home and our kids love all the little games and stuff in the backyard. Charles responded quickly to our inquiries and his property manager is very sweet. She came by to make sure we didn’t need anything.

The house was clean, private, and peaceful. Nice/friendly neighbors. Good neighborhood to take walks in. Close to downtown. The host was in constant contact, thankfully we did not have any issues but I feel confident that if we did, the host would have been available right away.

After attending the Masters we were looking for a place to retreat from the crowds, play golf, and relax while watching the end of the Masters on TV. We loved 1 Sorgum Lane as it had all of this and more!

We had the most wonderful trip! The house was incredible. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We decided to have a quick last minute getaway with our 6 kids, and we are so thankful that we came across this jewel. The beach chairs and all the extra beach supplies were fantastic. Our two littles loved riding in the wagon to the beach. The walk to the beach was much closer than we expected. It was a perfect house for a magical getaway for our family. Every detail of the house was incredible. We will cherish the memories we made here forever.

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Jeremy’s place was very cutely decorated and clean. Everything you need is available in the condo. The location is steps from the beach and is walkable to restaurants and shops. Jeremy was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a beach getaway.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We loved our stay here, the condo was very spacious and a quick walk to the beach and all the shops at Coligny. The condo was well stocked with anything we might have forgotten and very cozy! Would definitely stay again.

Jackie and Duncan really deserve to be called super hosts. They were very welcoming, kind and attentive to our needs as senior citizens. They also seem to provide their guests with the privacy one may want while on vacation. My husband and I can say they made us feel very comfortable and they seemed to be pleased to be our hosts, The description and the pictures of the property are very accurate. The garden in front of the units is very well kept and makes it inviting. While there, my husband and I walked everyday to downtown through charming older neighborhoods. Bikes are also available upon request and we made use of them twice during our stay. By the way, we slept very well. The place suited our needs very well and is well equipped. We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head at Seascape. Our hosts Jane and her sister Kathy were helpful and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is surrounded by trees, ponds, and pretty wooden bridges. Wildlife abounds. Seascape lends itself to a peaceful place to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the town! Since the beach is so close, we enjoyed morning walks there. There are restaurants a short walking distance away. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-situated, quiet condo in Hilton Head with all the necessary amenities...a few minutes walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous different golf courses. Clear instructions on entrance to the apartment complex and the apartment. We used the grill for dinner one night - worked great. Lots of things available to do right there but we did day trips to the lighthouse, the Pinckney wildlife preserve, CAT water adventure and Mitchell beach. Everyone had hot water for showers. This was a great home base for us.

Mark was very responsive and helpful. The unit was very close to the beach. We would stay here again!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

Chrys and David's place is the perfect location! We rented bikes and road to almost anywhere we wanted to go! Most places were very walkable, we just enjoy the great bike accessibility of Hilton Head! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Being on the third floor allows for less noise.. make sure you don't mind climbing stairs ;) we enjoyed the exercise though. The beds are super comfy, everything worked well. They had so many amenities, and tons of beach stuff!. Thank you again for a great stay!!
