Houseboat vacation rentals in Friesland

We loved the days on the houseboat. It was our first vacation on a houseboat and we will definitely repeat it. The property is very quiet. You will only hear nature. The only downside for me was the bed. I am 2.02 meters tall and couldn't stretch out. For tall people I would rather recommend one of the larger boats. The handling of the key handover and our concerns were answered to our complete satisfaction.

We enjoyed the stay on the houseboat very much. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful view!!! There were a lot of useful details like coffee filters, candles, etc so you really felt at home! I'll see you again!

We had a nice time on the boat. It was great to live directly on the water. We were able to paddle directly to the Sup and from the boat. You can't have a problem with spiders crawling around in front of the windows, especially at night. Excursion destinations on the North Sea are easily accessible by car. We would definitely come back.

Were very satisfied, very quietly located, you could even use a paddle boat and pedal boat at no extra cost. I can only recommend it.

I can't tell how the place is at 30°C and full of sun, but at the beginning of 20°C sun/rain it is great! 1 houseboat, 2 terraces, 3 floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, and sleeps 4. Everything as out of the egg clean and fresh. Very great. The bathroom session is a change, but you can get into it quickly. Gladly again, Dirk. It was great staying with you.

We stayed on the beautiful houseboat of Rena&Heino from 12/25 to 12/28/24 and enjoyed the stay very much. It was just as beautiful as we imagined it. The houseboat is furnished/furnished with a lot of love and we didn't miss anything. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back. Then at the warmer season to be able to use the great outdoor area and the magnificent lake. The houseboat is magnificent with the great view but also in winter. Rena&Heino are great, friendly hosts and communication was excellent. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Riverloft for six days. It was just great. Very relaxing and from the view of the passing boats you can never get enough. Parking of the Marina complex is a 2-minute walk away and is inexpensive. This can be left at will and drive back to explore the area. However, all the sights of Cuxhaven are also easily accessible on foot. It is also possible to rent a bike nearby. Mr. Scholz was always polite and helpful. We're already looking forward to another visit to Riverloft 1 🌊

In the meantime, the 3rd time on site. Special this time, because it was over Christmas. This was super beautiful, a little mystical, beautifully quiet and amazingly, other houseboats were also occupied or a few campers on site. Nice and cozy inside. And as always everything is great! Thank you.

It was an all-round perfect stay. Those who like to be close to the water will get their money's worth here. The environment is very quiet and idyllic. Great is that dogs are also allowed on the houseboat. The houseboat itself was very clean and well appointed. An absolutely recommended place to stay! I'd love to come back!

It was my first vacation on a houseboat and I can really only say : WOW!!! The whole ambiance was beautiful, as seen on the pictures and I felt right at home there. The view of the lake and nature and the water birds that swim by and you can watch so beautifully....great!!! I highly recommend it to anyone and I know I will vacation there again.....only then longer and at a warmer season :)
