House vacation rentals in French Polynesia

Excellent stay of a month in this beautiful house on the heights of Puna'auia. The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, well equipped and has stunning views of Moorea and beautiful sunsets. It is ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to many amenities. Magali is an ideal hostess, very available and responsive, from the welcome to departure. Thank you very much for this great stay!

Our stay at Fare Tekea was perfect. We decided to stay at an Airbnb for 3 nights to explore Moorea before staying at the Hilton Moorea and could not be happier with our stay. The house is centrally located on the island and very close to a grocery store which made driving to excursions and picking up supplies very easy. The pool had incredible views of the surrounding mountains and the house was immaculately clean. Hiva and her husband were fantastic hosts - responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations. Great stay, great house, great hosts.

Gilles’s bungalow right on the water was perfect. Sit on the deck and watch all the life around. Gilles was so friendly offering fresh avocados, limes, and passion fruit from his garden. We had Coco Beach reservations and he called the owner to pick us up at his bungalow water side vs going in our rental car to the Coco Beach ferry parking lot. We were first to Coco Beach and got the prime table. Magasin Tiahura is an easy walk for groceries, morning coffee, and fresh pastries. Also walkable was Taoahere Beach House Snack. Had nice dinner there. If you don’t mind (we didn’t) walking 50ft outside to separate private bathroom building, then run, do not walk to book this property for your trip to Mo’orea!

We were tremendously welcomed by Chris and his partner. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a very nice view. Chris and his partner are adorable and responsive, full of kindness and attention. We would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay with Alain and Jean-Luc! They were very friendly and helpful. Their house is beautiful and a great location to explore both parts of the island. Great English as well😁

What a unique home! Polynesian and modern art, fruit on the trees, and silly dogs. Our family of 2 adults/2 kids had a great time here. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. The home is designed to be somewhat open air (ventilation at the top of some walls) to keep it cooler. We kept the bedrooms closed and never had a problem with bugs. It was very warm most days (in February, 80s F) so we did use the AC in the bedrooms. The dogs are very friendly (we love dogs) and were entertaining security guards. (Note to keep things out of reach from them because they did decide a couple of our things were good chew toys). Also - Alex's lagoon tour is an absolute must! Worth every penny and it was magical. (We've snorkeled the Great Barrier reef and Belize and it blew those out of the water...no pun intended)

We had a fantastic time at Irene's place. The house is lovely. The view of the bay is fantastic. Kitchen is fully equipped, the place is super clean and well maintained. The host is very helpful, she gave us great recommendations. Highly recommended!!!

Very good stay in calm. David is very friendly and responsive. The space was very clean and nice. Note the access road which is not in very good condition, be careful if you have a car a little low.

Our stay here in Moorea could not have been better! The beauty of the location was beyond our expectations. We loved waking up and walking out our back door and out ino the warm water seeing rays and black tipped sharks. The kayaks were a fun workouts. The bed was so comfortable and the A/C worked well and kept us cool. We already miss our Moorea home away from home. Joy was helpful, from the first question after I booked until the day we left. Please note that the A/C is only in the bedrooms and the only TV is upstairs in a room without A/C. I didn't realize at the time of booking but now I'm glad because we loved our stay. I whole heartedly recommend staying here.

This place was a dream for us! We came for two nights and decided to extend our stay. Tamara was so pleasant and happy to host us. She was so sweet and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation. We loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen and morning coffee watching the sting rays and sharks. The snorkeling is the best on the island and the view is breath taking. We are already planning to return.

David and family are awesome! Polyglot, multicultural, friendly, and very knowledgeable. you will feel right at home. Peaceful place right by the lagoon. You can snorkel right from the property's beach or dock. David offers Kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, and bicycles as well. you can find more activities like scuba diving, quad tours, jet-skiing, hiking, and more. Enjoy Moorea!

we had a wonderful stay. a basket of fruits was waiting for us. Prisca and Moana hosted us very well, as well as her family. They showed us all their fruit trees and explained how to get coconut milk. A grandson delighted us with his songs and his yukulele. It felt like family. Don't hesitate to come to their place. We highly recommend

We couldn't even imagine a perfect place to stay They greeted us at the airport with floral wreaths which was very nice The place has a great location, a beautiful garden and a beautiful look - a place of complete peace and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen, a strong wifi connection on the island is not a matter of course (I promise a lot of wifi, but it really works here). The house offers above-standard amenities with air conditioning, dryers, buckles, dishwashings, as well as a wooden deck (as a bonus, it's hot water - a friend with long hair likes to highlight the perfect flow of water 😊 this is often a problem....there is also a hair dryer) The hosts provided us with a scooter - we didn't have to look for anything, they took it to the door. Wow, just wow! If you are coming to Mo’orea, you must book this Airbnb! The view is absolutely AMAZING! Pictures do not do it justice. We sat on the outdoor balcony for every meal. The Airbnb is perfect and included everything needed for our stay! We did go to the supermarket and cooked dinner at the Airbnb a few nights to save some money, and they have everything needed to cook! Sophie’s description on how to get up to the bungalow was so easy with perfect images to show the way. The location is perfect, with supermarkets and shops and restaurants very close! Also the Allo Pizza restaurant is right below and we ate there twice, their pizza is spectacular! Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Karine and JoJo's place is a peaceful oasis, and they are lovely hosts. While you need to drive to most activities and restaurants, it's lovely to return to a quiet neighborhood and a private little beach area. We made use of the kayaks almost every day, which was a huge highlight (as was the washer - it's amazing how dirty you can get hiking in a a tropical rain storm!) Sunrise on the water is amazing! Saw plenty of fish and rays throughout the day. The pension has several houses, some of which are smaller and located closer to the water. This one is about a two minute walk to the beach. We loved the space of the two bedrooms (and the a/c was a must at night!) in this particular fare, but if you're dreaming of waking up to have coffee and stare at the ocean, one of the one bedrooms is probably a better fit. All in all a lovely stay. We're already missing it!

Great value for money. The accommodation is functional, nothing is lacking. It is located on the heights, overlooking all the beautiful black sand beaches of the east coast, from Mahina to Papenoo. We will definitely be back. Great hosting.

A very nice meeting. Marie-Lou and Gilles were very welcoming, caring and had good tips to facilitate our stay in Moorea. They also shared some very interesting anecdotes about Polynesia. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Shops are nearby, I still recommend having a means of transportation to make the most of the beauty that Mooréa has to offer. Marie-Lou's small touches were appreciated. Māuruuru maitai!

The villa is spacious (indoor and outdoor), beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped, very clean and well secured. The view of the lagoon is beautiful and the sunset is superb. Manu is very nice, responsive and flexible on the departure schedule. Note: a vehicle is necessary to come and go because the neighborhood is high and set back from the main road. Just one small inconvenience: passing hens and roosters leave a few droppings here and there on the terrace. I would recommend this beautiful place.

We were super well hosted by Vaiata. These messages were very clear and super informative. Vaiata was always very quick to respond to our messages. The accommodation is very convenient, on two levels, close to a pier and restaurants. The drinking water available and the possibility of renting your car is very convenient. Thank you Vaiata for this great day experience, for contacting taxis and small touches like the colier when we left:)
