It was a very great time at Casala Abate. Maurizio were there for us by the arrival and he was very kindly. He was every time available for us when we needed him. The house and the area arround the pool is very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet place. Is like a Paradies. Thanks a lot.

We (6 people) spent a week at Francesco's place the old farmhouse. A wonderful place to relax, away from stress and everyday life. Everything is there, from dishes, washing-up liquid and tea towels to a washing machine, table tennis, table football, pizza oven and a great, very well-maintained pool. In the surrounding towns you can find everything else you need, for example delicious cakes, regional cheese and very fresh fish. Francesco speaks English and is happy to give information about excursions, the history of the farm, olive cultivation and much more. We felt very comfortable there.

We really enjoyed our time at Carla and Agostino's place. Super friendly and warm hosts, great place that exceeded our expectations, beautiful surroundings. It was a dream come true! We will be happy to come back!

Amazing stay at Leonardo's place. Beautiful well-appointed house, well equipped and close to the beautiful sandy beach. Nearby bakery, butcher, pizzeria and small shop. The house has several terraces and a very convenient outdoor shower.

This is a unique apartment in so many ways: arched doorways, lights everywhere, a bed unlike any I've seen, a huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi and rain shower, very spacious... It is a little noisy during the day as the apartment is street level but was quiet at night. There is only one small window in the apartment. This apartment may have been a convent in the past. I don't think the nuns probably were given big picture windows so the dark added to the ambiance. We were warmly greeted and given many recommendations for local attractions and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

It was a perfect stay, the apartment is huge, especially for two persons...it was fully equipped, every room is air-conditioned, and parking is easy and comfortable in the private car-park. Beach is really close, few minutes walk. Communication with host was good, but check-in and greeting are managed by Antonietta, the neighbour, who is the kindest person in the world...We would return for sure, definitely deserves the five stars!!

Our stay at Villa Ammari was perfect, we loved every aspect of it. A very restorative and peaceful place - the villa is perfectly situated and Giovanni was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need, plenty of space to relax, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We would love to return someday to this beautiful spot! Wonderful peaceful place. It is a simple and a bit rustic space but the location, the silence, the ocean waves, the nature around it are just beautiful. Exactly what you need to disconnect. You need a car to get there and away but if you have it its also well located to visit sights around and you have wonderful beaches close by. Girolamo and his son Alonso made everything very easy and were quick to respond any question. We would definitely like to come again.

Stefania's hospitality was already remarkable before even arriving at Agrigento by her warm-hearted way of texting and she replied almost instantly. Then she topped that up by picking us up from the train station by car and showing us the apartment personally. Stefania was always available and eager to help us with anything - from renting a car/scooter to recommendations for food and sights. We couldn't have wished for a better host! Regarding the apartment, it is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures. The arrangement is perfect for two people. The bathroom is equipped with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo and soap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking small meals as well as italian breakfast for a few days provided by Stefania for her guests. There also is a laundry rack! (very useful for wet towels and bikinis after a day at the beach). Following some stairs down the narrow streets, you can easily reach the main road, Via Atenea, within 5 minutes :)

The house is very beautiful, attention to detail and well-stocked. Beautiful and enjoyable garden equipped with grill, outdoor shower, table and loungers. The host was very friendly and helpful. We may have wanted to hear from you and have more contacts during our stay.

Everything was excellent. In 10 minutes you walked to the beach. A good pizzeria is also within walking distance. Place was very clean. Everything is ok

This is a very lovely accommodation in an absolutely beautiful setting. The surrounding countryside is gorgeous--I took many stunning photos, especially at sunrise and sunset. Additionally, the apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need. (I especially loved the expresso maker in the mornings.) I confess that I did have some trouble locating the place on my Google maps, but that may have been due to my own lack of technology savvy using GPS-based directions. All that said, Martina was very responsive and extremely helpful when I got lost, texting me back promptly, talking to me on the phone, and even video-calling with me at one point to help me find my way. As a solo female traveler driving alone in a foreign country, I really appreciated both her kindness and her assistance. In sum, this was a great experience. I'd come back in a heartbeat. 5-stars!

We spent a nice week with our 3 children (4/7/10) and can recommend the house overall. It was all as in the description and the value for money was absolutely fair. For children there were pool noodles, balls, an air mattress and Netflix. We would have been happy if we had not had to make a bed ourselves upon arrival, but were grateful for the two water bottles in the fridge. Unfortunately, it was very noisy during the week as the neighbor is just building a pool and therefore there was constant noise. Signora Vita was very friendly and always available for questions. We would particularly recommend the bakery L'arte de Pane in Menfi as well as the Gelateria Mozart in Castelvetrano. The nearest supermarkets are also in Menfi and a car is a must. It is important to know that the population here in principle does not speak or hardly any English, but google translator helped here. And be sure to take Autan with us, the mosquitoes plagued us all day!

What a beautiful place: our part of the house is clean and convenient, well insulated from the rest of the house. The swimming pool is just splendid, the garden is very clean and wooded. Antonio takes care of his home and his hosts. Recommended this place. We had a great stay. Well located for visiting temples and Agrigento, San Leon, Torre Salsa, Scala dei Turchi.... you still need a vehicle.

We had a lovely time with the Montalba! A harbor of peace among olive trees; the apartment is pleasant and functional and the adjoining terrace is a real plus (great sunset), not to mention the beautiful pool! But it is especially the warm and friendly welcome of the family that makes the place unique! Thanks to them!

Our stay at the villa in Selinunte was absolutely wonderful! The views from the villa are nothing short of breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The villa is well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The pool was another highlight—warm and inviting, we spent hours enjoying it each day. We did encounter a minor issue with the internet during our stay, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, Aldo was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly, ensuring that our experience was not disrupted. His prompt assistance really made a difference. In addition to the fantastic accommodations, we highly recommend visiting the Archaeological Museum in Selinunte. It offers a fascinating insight into the rich history of the area and is definitely worth exploring. Overall, despite the brief internet hiccup, our stay was amazing, and we would love to return. Very spacious accommodation in the delux villas accommodating our family of 4. Great patio area allowing both shade and sun. There’s a great pool area, local park a stones throw away and use of bikes for both children and adults. The facilities are very clean and offer what you require for a relaxing holiday. BBQ’s are on offer for a shall charge during your stay (optional). Great location, however a car is required if you want to get out and about to explore the island and local area. It’s definitely worth it though, some great sightseeing options available and beaches. One local beach can be found on foot a short distance from the villa but is up hill slightly on the way back! Definitely recommend BFB residence for a holiday. Would definitely return again.
