Had a wonderful time at Beth’s Airbnb! The location was great. It was above a fantastic bakery and 10 minutes away from a great hike! The inside of the airbnb was modern and clean. Not a full kitchen but you have everything you need for making a small amount of food. Definitely plan on staying at this Airbnb again!

Great Airbnb in the Dunkirk area. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking. Lots of street parking if taking multiple cars. Very close to a gas station, restaurants and stores. Across from the water. Beautiful view. Kalee was very responsive and answered any questions! Complimentary snacks, toiletries, and Netflix was a very nice touch. Variety of cleaning supplies and cooking supplies available. Furniture is comfortable. She also provided a welcome to dunkirk book and easy to follow instructions regarding the house. I would definitely stay here again. The only possible negative someone may encounter about this Airbnb if they’re staying with multiple people is that the bedrooms don’t have doors.

This is my second time staying at Charles's place, and it was just as amazing as the first time. I love the decor and the little comfortable spaces to relax. It is perfect for a calm place to unwind after a busy day of talking to people, but it would be equally amazing for a small family. Excited to see them again next year!

A wonderful base for an EVL long weekend. We were 2 families with 3 kids total. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Lots of parking with space to turn around. Beds and linens comfy. Literally next door to the grocery store and a very short walk to shops, cafes and restos. 5-10 min drive to Holiday Valley (great for those of us acting as the ski shuttle!!).

Great little condo across the street from the base of Holiday Valley. We stayed right after the ski season so the town was quiet, easy to get table reservations and parking was quick. We went to the salt cave spa and it was perfect. The town is very walkable once you’re there. We could have walked from the condo but it was raining and the off season we went drove the 3 mins. The place the basics you may need. There’s an upstairs bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room. Good for families with kids or two couples. Fantastic time!

Way bigger than I thought! We had a great time at Holiday Valley ski. This was my first. I still don’t know how the shuttle service worked. Lower bedrooms were very cold. John was very responsive! Place was so clean and has everything!!! Beds were comfy. Easy access to parking and well lit since we got in at 10pm. We will stay again since it is easy with our kids.

This is my third stay in Stephan and Sylvie’s Airbnb. They are great hosts. Quick to reply and always making sure that the client is satisfied. I have visited Ellicottville every year since 2019, and have stayed in various Wildflower condo units. While other hosts and units were good, I keep going back to Stephan and Sylvie’s place. I don’t give out recommendations lightly, but I think that if you try their place you will find value and a responsive host.

Cameron's place is in a great location, convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and downtown. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and private, and I appreciated being able to book last minute after a booking at another place fell through. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute booking when our winter cabin reservation had to cancel. It turned out great! Beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked log home that had everything we needed and more! Pond was skateable at edge and the hill next to the house was perfect for sledding. Our grandkids had a ball! Dianna quickly responded to all our inquiries and they even made it possible to get a campfire started . Thank you!

We stayed at Vineyards Edge over the Christmas holiday. Heidi's home was exactly what was advertised. Vineyards Edge is beautiful, very clean, in a quiet location, and is set-up for a family to enjoy and feel comfortable. There is plenty of comfortable furniture in the living room and den. Heidi has provided everything you can think of needing while on vacation. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. One evening we had dinner for 8 people and had plenty of room for everyone, and all the things we needed to cook a meal. Since we were there for Christmas, Heidi reached out a few weeks before our stay and asked if we celebrated Christmas, and if we did would we like her to put up a Christmas tree for us. When we arrived, the house was fully decorated upstairs and downstairs for Christmas. It was beautiful. If I could give Vineyards Edge 10 stars instead of 5 I would! Heidi was always proactive in her communications to us as well.

Our family of 10 adults and 2 children had a wonderful time at Matt’s lake house. The home was well equipped and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor seating, pool, hot tub, yard and lake. The large kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We loved the secluded, quiet location and the eagles. . We enjoyed a day trip to Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. Awesome place! The pictures don’t do it justice, the view is beautiful. Elaine and Peter were great hosts. This place was fully stocked, towels, linens, ziplock bags, paper towel, utensils, cooking stuff, you name it. Lots to do too, the beach is right there and they had paddle boards and kayaks to use. We travelled with two young kids and Elaine went above and beyond setting up the pack and play and high chair for us before we arrived. 10/10 would recommend!

This cabin is beautiful!!! Large open floor plan! Windows all over so no matter where you are on the house you have a view of the beautiful creek and woods. The porch and fire pit were great to grill out and eat while listening to the creek rushing by and seeing all the deer and animals. If you are looking for a quiet secluded place to get away and relax, this is definitely the place to rent! Even put up some decor for the special occasion we went there for!
