Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Frederiksted Southeast

We had a great time staying at Reginald's place. The view was stunning, the space was spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The area felt safe, and Reginald was responsive and helpful. While the apartment could use a bit of maintenance—such as fixing the noisy bed, addressing some cracked paint, and dealing with a bit of rust—these are minor issues that come with the territory of having a seaside location in a humid climate, I guess. Despite these small drawbacks, we still give it a 5-star review and truly appreciate Reginald's efforts as a host.

Kathleen and Jim were amazing hosts. The Cozy cottage was exactly as listed. I felt right at home immediately. They thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable. When I return, this will be the place that I stay if it’s available. Thank you, Kathleen and Jim for making my stay in St. Croix very memorable .

Donna is such a welcoming and helpful host with great reccomendations and she even brought us dinner in our first night since our plane was delayed. The pictures under serve the beauty of this home, we spend hours our back watching amazing sunsets, searching for beach treasures and snorkeling right out of our back yard. Would highly recommend to stay here and hope to come back and spend more time.

Amazing spot that offered all you are looking for in your Caribbean get away- ocean front, pristine waters, amazing snorkeling, walking distance to the shops yet far away enough to be private.

We would happily stay with Debra and Jay again. The property is smartly- designed, beautifully landscaped, and very well-maintained. Our hosts checked in regularly, ensured we had everything we needed, and gave sound advice when requested. This is a very special place, highly recommended! Thanks again!

Rich was very helpful and patient. Thanks Rich for everything. When we return, I am willing to rent from Rich again. The place was perfect! Not far from anything. Peaceful and hidden and that's perfect for me. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit St. Croix. Lots of history to discover.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the condo. The pool was nice and the beach was nice for walking (less so for swimming due to the coral). Good snorkeling at nearby Palms beach. Condo is very spacious and the balcony off the master had a lot of natural light.

quiet, beachfront location (best beach out of all the condos nearby), Leslie had everything we needed for our stay. The refrigerator was a little warm and feezer was slow to freeze items at times, but overall we are extremely happy with the experience. Would definitely come back here to stay if coming back to St Croix.

The Boathouse is a hidden treasure box with spectacular views, a home set up for all of your needs that is outstandingly clean and stocked… and then you add Alisha.. your own private concierge service always available for ANY question you could have about the island, food, directions, beaches, activities.. you name it she’s got the answers! Alisha met us at the airport and took us to our very private beautiful home to stay for 6 full days. She told me to ask anything and then she answered as promised! The house has a direct view of where Christopher Columbus first landed, how cool! Day or night the view is second to none! The locals are friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the water/beaches are top on our list of those visited! You will not be disappointed! Our family of 8 was extremely comfortable with the space and we are excited to visit again! The Boathouse and St Croix.. 10/10 stars!

Our third year at this beautiful property in its fabulous setting did not disappoint. The house is lovely and spacious. Updated pool furniture was a nice treat. The views are spectacular from every angle. The community of Judith's Fancy is gated and feels very secure. Like a private resort at the end of the world. Kitchen is well stocked.. as well as linens and towels. Everything is an easy drive as well.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The locations was great, about 10 minutes to Christiansted and 25 to Frederiksted. Grocery stores were very close and they had everything you would need to prepare a great meal. The pool was perfect and the grounds were stunning. Flowers were everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t be happier and more comfortable here. It’s centrally located in a gated community. The buccaneer resort is next door and you can eat there, and there are many places to dine. It was very helpful that Sanni told us about Plaza East Store which is open late to get supplies. The Shoys beach is unbelievable quiet and beautiful, the island is full of stunning beaches. You will not be disappointed with this home, it has everything and more. You have a view of Buck Island, which is a must do. We can’t wait to come back with more people to enjoy a little piece of heaven.

it felt a lot like home

Where to begin?!? I suppose I should start with...don't think twice, just book it. The home is pristine, and has most everything you could need provided for you. My teens (15 and 18) shared a space. It was open enough that nobody felt crowded. The views are phenomenal. The driveway can be a little intimidating (and easy to get distracted by those views).We've stayed many times on island, but Clifford's place gave a whole new perspective. Beautiful! My daughter fell asleep multiple times sleeping on the hammock, taking it all in.The host and caretakers are incredibly helpful and extremely personable. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks for sharing this incredible space!

We can't say enough good things about this property, location, or these hosts. We were inspired by the view and hearing the sea as we drifted off to sleep. We were impressed with the effeciency and sustainability of this property-- from solar panels, to recycling, to feeling so close to nature and the surrounding natural beauty. Our only wish is that we would have had time for more snorkeling, kayaking, walks to seculded beaches, and time in the pool. It was the perfect home away from home and private, romantic retreat. Thank you Ryan and Corina, we had a lovely stay and appreciate all the beautiful touches-- from fresh flowers, to quality linens and towels, to the charming and well stocked kitchen. This place is magical.

The accommodations and the service were excellent! The home was perfect for our family getaway. Everyone had personal space and we appreciated the air condition and fans that were available. The location of the home is private and not walkable so you do need to rent a car from the airport. All communication was professional and courteous. I recommend that you take advantage of their service (if available) to fill the home with some of your favorite foods so that when you arrive those items are there. My family and I will use this location again in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

outstanding stay, wonderful Christmas holiday

Julie was so welcoming and it is apparent that she wants you to enjoy the island because she has EVERYTHING you could possible need while there. She was very responsive and showed great care and empathy! We had a fridge issue, and Julie scheduled maintenance to arrive the next day and when we our airline cancelled our departing flight leaving us stranded on the island, Julie came to the rescue and allowed us to check out later and even helped us look for flights! We had an amazing time on the island thanks to Julie and Bryan's quiet, well equipped home with its amazing views offering sunrise/ocean views from the bedroom (and living room too!). I will never forget this birthday trip! Thank you so much Julie for making us feel right at home!

This airbnb was very comfortable, with a great view! This is the best "stocked" place I have ever seen. If possible, get a look at what is already there before going to the grocery. For example, there is a wide range of spices and sauces. There is every kind of drink - pop, rum, other alcohol or water you could think of. Sugar, maple syrup, brown sugar or honey are all there. You could probably save $100 on food items just by checking there first before you go shopping. Everything you need to go swimming or snorkeling but your swimsuit. Lori is very easy to reach if you have any problems. The gas grill has some rust spots due to the extremely wet climate, but it worked well. We used the grill for most of our cooking. Overall, we thought it was a great buy for the cost! We would go back there in a heartbeat!

There aren’t enough words to properly describe this sweet rental. Upon entry, it smelled clean and proved to be just that. The views from the condo are unequivocally the best views I’ve ever seen. The beds are comfy as well as the living room furniture. There was adequate space for the 4 of us. The kitchen could get a teeny bit tight, but we made it just fine when all of us wanted/needed something. There are tons of offerings to better enjoy your stay. We used the cooler and towels provided. Eric and Betsy are VERY responsive. It was like our friends were messaging us. Very communicative and helpful. The condo area is SUPER quiet. You will see hummingbirds, the occasional mongoose, these cute little black and yellow finch, and a pebbly/sand mixed beach awaits you. I have traveled all over the world and am so glad to have chosen this rental. It was a great week and we will return!

This wonderful condo offers one of the best ocean views and is located in a gated community. The palm trees around the unit are stunning with their iconic island charm. The swimming pool only a few steps away is clean, offers pool furniture, and has sparkling clear water. The condo is on the second floor accessed by two short flights of stairs. The rental offers a well-appointed and charming vacation stay. Each room has its own independent AC unit and the kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has its own newly designed bathroom. Other fine details include quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The stacked washer and dryer are new. Gina has also chosen some beautiful beach towels for the guests. Another nice feature is the large sliding door to the oversized balcony overlooking the ocean. Gina is a fabulous host. She is always ready to assist and has put together one of the most beautiful vacation rentals anywhere. We love this rental and would love to return!

Ok… let me first off talk about how great the host was. Rian sent elaborate messages with great recommendations early on before our trip to make our planning much easier. All of his recommendations that we tried were spot on. We did have a slight problem with the keypad during our stay & Rian responded so quickly with a solution. The location was a great central location. The beach was right there within walking distance. It was peaceful and beautiful. The condo was spacious for my family of 5 and had all our needs. Absolutely loved the place!

Our stay was very comfortable. we felt at home right away. The unit provided everything we needed to function away from our home. We definitely would rent the unit again
