Apartment vacation rentals in Fredericton

Super place for my kids and I to stay. Walkable to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores, homey with all the amenities to care for ourselves. Anna and her husband are great hosts.

a really nice place I would make 1 suggestion as there is no oven maybe add a toaster oven or airfryer other than that it's a great place i felt like I was at home. would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Cindy and Gordon’s house. They were very helpful and tended to all our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy and lacked nothing. This place is highly recommended.

Very clean and well thought out home. The building was quiet with lots of parking and it was easily accessible by car to all parts of town. Kitchen was very well equipped but you'd need to bring anything to cook outside of salt & pepper. Overall was a great spot for our family and we would stay here again.

We had a great time during our visit in Fredericton even though our visit was cut short! The decor in the air bnb was very modern, beautiful, and the area itself was very spacious! The private back yard is so big and spacious!

We absolutely LOVED our stay ! The record player was an absolute hit and the environment was amazing! Super central and great location! Bed was really comfortable too which was nice! The kitchen was pleasantly stocked as well ! We definitely will stay here again and (again too!) can’t wait to come in the summer to be able to use the bikes and sun porch!

What a great little place and so close to the ski hill. Loved the comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and really appreciated Cindy a kind and responsive host. Thank you and hopefully we will be back!

This is my second time staying with Shannon and I will do so again. She is a terrific host and super responsive. The locations are unbeatable and within walking distance to all amenities.

Almost gem! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the charm of the building. Comfy memory foam beds! Was Winter so not sure if the street is loud during Summer?

This Airbnb was fantastic it was the basement of the house but had large windows did not feel like a basement. Unit was well maintained, clean and would stay there again.

Tina’s place is one of the nicer Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in a while. It’s so cozy and clean! This listing has all the comforts of home. From fluffy bath towels to comfy bedding, and a well stocked kitchen, we couldn’t have asked for a better apartment for a couple of days. Tina also includes so many extra little touches, like providing complimentary coffee and tea, and quality shower products. These little things were so appreciated.

Incredible place! We stayed over Christmas as we were visiting family and not only was the place even better than the listing, they added so many incredible touches for us: little Christmas tree, a little play area for our 3 year old, Christmas books! Super friendly and definitely our go to place for future visits.

Amanda is a good host. Communication was easy. Property is as described. Unit itself was cozy and clean. Lots of extra odds and ends which was nice as far as kitchen and cupboard stuff. I stayed for a month and exactly served the purpose. Most units in Fredricton are older style so thin walls and floors. This no exception but expected and not game changer. All around great host, unit, location is ideal and would stay again for sure.
