Super place for my kids and I to stay. Walkable to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores, homey with all the amenities to care for ourselves. Anna and her husband are great hosts.

Wonderful Spot, Beautiful Views, easy walk or short drive to downtown with plenty of attractions. Little Amenities inside that made the stay much more comfortable!

We had a wonderful weekend at Cindy and Gordon’s house. They were very helpful and tended to all our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy and lacked nothing. This place is highly recommended.

Easy to find, quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive to questions in a reasonable time period. All that you needed was there.

Very clean and well thought out home. The building was quiet with lots of parking and it was easily accessible by car to all parts of town. Kitchen was very well equipped but you'd need to bring anything to cook outside of salt & pepper. Overall was a great spot for our family and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying with Shannon and I will do so again. She is a terrific host and super responsive. The locations are unbeatable and within walking distance to all amenities.

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to chat with during the check in process. We needed to book the place the night before our stay and not only did Michelle ensure a seamless checking, but she answered all our questions clearly and quickly. The place itself was exactly what we needed, and would highly recommend the location if a group is visiting for the week/weekend. 10/10!

This Airbnb was fantastic it was the basement of the house but had large windows did not feel like a basement. Unit was well maintained, clean and would stay there again.

Before my stay with Tina and Danielle I had never booked with airbnb before but they made my stay super easy and were very accommodating when I had to make changes and extend my stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable it felt as though I was at home. Tina and Danielle were very friendly and always very helpful if I ever needed anything. I highly recommend them as hosts as they made my long term stay very comfortable and gave me peace of mind staying at their house.

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed a great visit being hosted by Jenny. The place is fantastic and the street is very quiet and peaceful, well located. We enjoyed meeting our host and knowing they were close by and available if we needed anything. During one day that we visited we had a snow fall and our parking area and stairs were cleaned off right away - with much appreciation for this! The BnB is stocked with everything you need, beautiful decorating, great fridge, dishwasher etc. We would not hesitate to return to this location and these hosts. It is very comfortable and felt like "home" every time we went out and came back. Thank you Jenny and Hayden! Merry Christmas!

My adult son and I were in Fredericton for 1 week visiting family and needed a place to stay. I wanted a place were we could each have our own space. At Montclair's, we each had our own bedroom. Very spacious bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our home away from home for 1 week. Location was perfect as it was a 1 minute drive from our family. Highly recommend for anyone.
