This was a great place to stay to take part in the HH100. Close to everything we needed. Susan was very responsive to every question or request. The thermostat went blank the first night we were there. She had it fixed within the first hour of contacting her. Great stay would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Anne's home. It was just as wonderful as it was before. Anne is a wonderful host. She gave us an update on the winter weather the evening before and provided firewood for the fireplace. We will definitely try to book again when we need to visit Wichita Falls in a few weeks.

This home was perfect. Spotless, beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. We did a little breakfast cooking and the kitchen was perfectly outfitted for our needs. The location was only a few miles from our destination. I would definitely recommend this Air B and B and would stay here again. Thank you Kelly for a wonderful trip to Lawton.

Great stay and can appreciate the parking in a place where it can sometimes be hard if pulling a trailer.

We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! Ann has thought of everything to make your stay 5 star-worthy! We were traveling with a toddler, which can be difficult when staying at Airbnbs, but Ann provided everything to make our life easier (a floor mattress, children’s dishware, and a highchair). The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and absolutely adorable. Ann went above and beyond to keep in communication with us and even recommended local attractions that would be good with a toddler. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the Falls!
