Very nice apartment located a few minutes from Agen train station. The apartment is very airy and very bright! A quality decoration complements the stay. It should be noted that the three bedrooms are very spacious and that the sound environment (pedestrian street) and visual (view of Agen from the 4th floor) make it a very pleasant resort in this capital of Lot et Garonne.

Fabulous location, so close to the old center of Sarlat (less than 5 min walk) but far enough away from the noise and busyness that it is super quiet at night. The apartment is as shown, very tastefully furnished and decorated. The parking spot is a great asset - parking in Sarlat can be very difficult. Ludovic is a very responsive host. Highly recommended.

We felt the Gite was better than the photos suggest with tasteful furnishings and artwork and was well appointed in all respects including the excellent pool. Andy and Annie were perfect hosts and had left for us some wine, charcuterie, bread and other useful items. Nothing was too too much trouble and whilst happy to give advice and be available when needed they respected our privacy. Would certainly stay again if visiting this part of France again.

Lovely home in close proximity to the town. Enclosed back garden was great for our small dog. House very well equipped with modern air conditioning systems. Nice south facing area at the front to sit and enjoy the sun. Overall would absolutely recommend. Particularly noted that this home is designed to facilitate people with mobility challenges with accessible bathroom and toilet etc - all on one level.

Impeccably clean house which was a beautiful base for us to spend a short break. Lovely pool, facilities, gardens, everything sparkling and like new. Communication with Christian was great. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place, better than we expected. The cottage is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you need. Quiet and peaceful, no noise, cottages some distance away from each other, so you will be discreet, at the same time you can meet at the pool and say good morning. The pool, the greenery, and the entire space is clean and well-maintained. On top of that, you can order bread to pick up in the morning. I could live there permanently:) Not far from a charming village where you can walk for a drink or dinner. The perfect place to relax and explore the Dordogne, and Eric and Evelyne are very nice hosts and despite the language problems, there was not much trouble communicating. This is a place we could go back to.

Whether for a stop near Bergerac, as a couple or with friends or even for a business trip (which was my case at the time), this apartment (2nd floor) offers the perfect setting for a smooth and quiet stay; everything is in its place, the amenities are of good quality, it is very comfortable, warm, tasteful and Nathalie's kindness adds this small plus that makes you come back. Highly recommend!

very well equipped accommodation, large swimming pool, surrounded by nature in a charming village. very well located (15 minutes from Sarlat), 10 minutes from the beaches for swimming in the Dordogne. Very welcoming host.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.
