Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Frascati

Gabrielle’s place gave us a full experiences of Italian’s living style. The place is exactly as described in the picture. The communication is very smooth and she very responsible with everything. Definitely stay here again for our next Rome adventure

AMAZING apartment. On the ground floor of a beautiful Liberty style Italianate building, with a beautiful garden and outbuilding seating area, in a super quiet authentic Roman neighborhood, if you want to know what real Rome is like, stay here. Restaurants, cafes, and stores all around, with convenient buses to take you in and out of the city, and within 1.5kms of a metro stop - Policlinico. I cannot recommend this place enough !!! And your hosts Giovanni and Veronica are amazing !!! There is a B&B on the 1st floor of the little villa, too, so if you are a large party, some can stay there.

Loved this place.

Very easy to arrive, it was all the time pending to be there when we arrived from the trip with our bags. Then, when we asked him to go out to start the heating, it was an unusual cold in Rome, it took 15 minutes to get there and he quickly fixed it. The apartment 2 minutes from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and 5 minutes from the Plaza de San Pedro and the Ottaviano metro to reach anywhere in the city. Very clean, everything worked properly and there were even things in the kitchen like oil, salt, sugar as well as detergent, trash bags, etc., everything. Especially thanking Roberto for allowing us to check out a little later because we had the flight in the afternoon and so we didn't have to be with our bags around the city on our return day.

Very good service and place, location was good since it was based in the centre of rome and was close to tourist attractions. The wifi was a bit slow but it still worked. The airbnb was nicely furnished and a good stay with family or friends. Host was amazing as well.

We had a super rich stay, we booked a little bit of time but Dunia made it easy. The instructions were very clear about arrival. The location is great, close to the trevi fountain, metro line A, and many restaurants/shops. We stayed 3 in the apartment and the truth was super comfortable that the apartment has a very spacious living room. There was not only a sofa bed but a fold out bed. The kitchen was all stocked with good quality loaded coffee. We had a wonderful time, 100% recommended.

Isabella's apartment was a quiet and comfortable place for us to stay during our week in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and light. The seating area in the living room is SO comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook or snack (or have coffee, as we did). Isabella also provided a quick response to the few questions we had. We love the apartment's Monti neighborhood, which has so many lovely cafes and restaurants and a great mix of locals and visitors. In short, this is the ideal vacation rental! Enjoy it.

The apartment is excellent, cozy, very quiet, superbly located, walking easily to the central places. Excellent restaurants around, supermarket close. The apartment is spacious, clean, the separation between the bedroom and the living room is very comfortable. Antonello is charming, cordial, also available before arrival and during the entire stay, recommended restaurants assisted with everything and interest. We had a great time!!

Cosy apartment with real fire

I had a fantastic time at Andreas apartment with my girlfriend and her father. It was central, not far from the Colosseum and really good value for money. We got free drinks and snacks and could store our luggage at Andreas place after check out - just perfect. Andrea is a great host and very friendly person too which even translated to my girlfriends father who doesn't speak English. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. One thing I want to mention is how helpful Flaviana was! Not only did she give us recommendations of many different areas and restaurants, but she also was helpful with finding a place to get my son some things he needed for school work. She was very responsive and very friendly. The area is nice and easy to navigate the metro station from to get to all the beautiful places Rome has to offer.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

This was such a lovely villa! The gardens are beautiful and the apartment felt just like home! This is a great place for couples or single people looking to relax. The area was super cozy with cute touches that made you feel cozy. The host was incredibly sweet and flexible! I wish we stayed longer to fully enjoy the beautiful space!

Rudi was an amazing host. Proactive in arranging transportation to and from and someone there to meet us to give us the keys and explain how to get in the unit. The place was well decorated and clean. A great experience overall and good location walkable to most places.

A beautiful vintage apartment that truly felt like home. Spacious and full of character, it’s perfectly located in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of major sites like the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Alvise was responsive and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend!

Raimondo is a great host. This Airbnb is just right for a short stay and for work purposes. It is located in a convenient area, walkable to various markets, and to the ocean. The tenants in the building are lovely. If I must stay within close proximity to the airport, then, I will choose Raimondo's Airbnb again.

We felt at home. Everything was excellent, the apartment had everything. Very close to the Colosseum. She highlighted Livia's kindness to explain every detail, recommend places and be attentive to every detail. We were welcomed as a great host. Super recommended. Michele’s apartment is even better than it appears. 1000 characters are too few to explain why. He owns the apartment, and it shows: he has anticipated and supplied what his guests might need or want to make their stay enjoyable. It was apparent that their happiness matters to him We had corresponded via text before our stay; the clear and comprehensive instructions were accurate. Clean, efficient, quiet, the flat is stylish in an appropriately minimalist way that we like. It is clutter-free. Both beds are comfortable. Its superb situation provides easy access to the attractions of the historical center as well as to Trastevere. Since the 1980s, we have visited Rome probably a dozen times, exchanged houses, used friends’ apartments, and stayed in the expensive hotels on via Veneto and surrounding Villa Borghese. We enjoyed our weekend at Michele’s apartment as much as any of these. You may find better value for money elsewhere, but I would not count on it.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location. Pharmacy and grocery store directly across the street. Lots of restaurants around closest one 30 second walk at the corner. Pasqualino restaurant right on the corner has great food we ate there 2 times. Manager was wonderful we chatted and he showed us his wonderful wine cellar. We loved the condo, the security of it and location was great! We had a sink that started to leak in the bathroom was a small leak in the drain so I put a bowl so didn’t affect us at all. The only recommendations I do have would be to replace the bathroom linens and leave extra bathroom linens for guests. One shower towel and one hand towel left for each person wasn’t enough for 5 days. I had to wash towels a few times. Other than that the place was spotless clean we enjoyed our stay. 😊

I can't express enough how wonderful my stay at this apartment was! Stefano is incredibly kind and the location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Rome. If we ever find myself back in Rome, I won't hesitate to book this apartment again. It truly feels like a home away from home.

The bottom line is that it is a very, very nice house for a family of 6 to stay. 1. The accommodation is near the Vatican, and there is a bus stop and a subway market, so it is very good. Also, the security is good, so it is good to walk around late at night even at dawn. 2. If you want a pick-up service from the airport, you can get it (85 euros), but the airport railroad is also good, but the pickup service for 6 people is cheaper, so I chose it. 3. The host waited for us on time for check-in and welcomed us and explained the house in great detail. 4. There are 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 showers. There is also a small elevator in the accommodation, so it is good for older people to use. 5. I also like the bedding quite a bit. There is a Carrefour convenience store nearby, so it's very good to buy ingredients and eat. 6. There is a washing machine and dryer, so it is easy to do laundry. 7. We also store your luggage for free until 1pm on the day of check-out. If you force yourself to make a disadvantage, there are no indoor shoes?
