Places to stay in Franklinton

Loved how the airbnb was 5 min drive to downtown yet secluded and peaceful. We also enjoyed the park that was next to it. Loved how it was fenced in and perfect for my dogs. There was no private parking but you can easily and conveniently park around the streets with no problem.

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay for 12 days while our home was being renovated. We cooked all our meals in the well appointed kitchen, which had a new refrigerator and dishwasher. The home was spotless when we arrived and the decor was fun and colorful. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. It is conveniently located near both downtown Cary and downtown Apex. I highly recommend this home for a long or short stay. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that came up.

Thank you Corey for a quick stay between doctors appointments. The massage chair was wonderful and my son enjoyed having some dance parties with the ceiling projector. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home.

I can't say enough about Johns place. They were very attentive and up on every bit of detail. They even decorated for the holidays which makes it great when away from home for work. Home is very clean with regular cleanings as we were a long term stay in Raleigh for work. thanks again and we recommend this home highly as we spend a lot of time in air bnb's on the east coast. one of the best!!

This place was amazing! Looked just like the pics and everything was spotless! They had an issue with one of the bathrooms and they had the plumber there very quickly to fix the problem. It was spacious enough for my friends and I that we didn’t feel like we were crowding each others space. They even allowed one of our group to put something in the fridge before check in! If I’m ever in Raleigh again I will definitely be booking here!!

We stayed at Cosmo's place to attend a concert at the Lincoln theater which is within walking distance. House was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Lots of food nearby. Friendly neighbors. Excellent communication and instructions.

Taryn, the co-host, was incredibly responsive. We stayed with our two dogs and she went out of her way to order us a vacuum cleaner to keep the floors free from their dander and hair! The house is well-insulated and located in close proximity to Durham / multiple parks (within 10 minutes to several access points for the American Tobacco Trail). Taryn also gave thorough instructions for check-in, trash pickup, and checkout. We enjoyed our time here and we're thoroughly impressed with Taryn's professionalism.
