Rachael and David were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They had lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. They were available without being intrustive, and seemed to have an intuitive sense in how much interaction was appropriate! They provided many amenities and we were able to use the kitchen as necessary. We especially liked the zucchini muffins they made for us!

Loved our stay! Just a quick weekend getaway for a friend and me and it was perfect for that. The yard is incredibly peaceful, filled with birds and a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable, and Josette’s breakfast was a delicious start to the day. We would love to come back again.

Jane and Karl's guest suite was perfection! Cozy and comfortable with such wonderful attention to detail, and they could not have been more gracious or professional as hosts. We appreciated how quick and easy communication was, and the breakfast was both generous and scrumptious. Thank you so much Jane and Karl - we hope to be back soon!

We had such a lovely time at Dee’s place! She was a wonderful host - she gave us clear check-in instructions as well as recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and made delicious and abundant breakfast for us each morning. The house itself was very peaceful and we are really grateful to Dee for sharing her lovely home with us. Highly recommend!

Private 2nd Floor Studio Apartment With a View!

I can’t say enough about the beauty and isolation of this spot. Within a 10 minute drive there are a variety of good restaurants and shops, and Northampton isn’t far. But for walks in the woods, biking or looking at the mountains through the 270 degree window panorama, this spot is extraordinarily spacious and cozy. There are a number of famous rock climbing sites nearby. The bathtub is the largest I’ve used, not a jacuzzi, but bigger than most hotel jacuzzis. Plenty of hot water.

Jim and Michelle were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their home is the perfect location tucked away in the countryside. Enjoying coffee and breakfast with Michelle on Sunday and their super friendly dog, Darby, was such a pleasant treat. Would love to come back more and explore the area. One thing to note, if you have Verizon you'll be off the grid here because cell service is sparse - but that's probably the best way to fully immerse yourself in the property and truly enjoy it!

We love the North Street Nest! It is bright, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed there two times now, and both were excellent. Other family members stayed in an adjacent apartment on a different floor; that offered additional convenience and a chance to be all together, at times. Susan is a gracious host who respects the tenants' privacy and is also willing to offer help and advice, if needed. We will be back!

Andy is a wonderful host, very friendly and communicative. He also recommends lots of good places for me to visit. I spent 9 nights in Andy’s house, felt just like home. The house is very clean and organized, with beautiful river and nature just next to the house. The house is equipped with everything we need and can think of. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!!!

Hosted by an actual earth angel, Rose Marie’s property is a haven in this sleepy little hill town. Every room is well appointed & the suites are comfortable and beautiful! Rose has ‘the eye’ and everything from the linens to the fully furnished kitchen are thoughtfully designed. My husband is obsessed with this place & we are planning summer trips now that this is “our” place! We cannot wait to explore outside where she has extended the inspired & peaceful vibe of the interior well into the conservatory behind the house and the yards. You won’t regret staying here at all!

A perfect stay! Very homey, cozy and warm, comfy bed and with nice linens, lovely bath and shower. Felt like a welcome houseguest. Linda was very kind and responsive, welcoming and respectful of space. Also enjoyed mickey the dog and the lovely backyard. 😊 house is an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, shops, and the college. Thank you Linda!

Lovely bedroom in Amherst. Close to U Mass

This is the second time I've stayed here in a couple weeks, on visits for short work trips to UMass. The house is very clean and peaceful and the hosts are friendly and nice and take a lot of care to make guests feel welcome. I found the location very convenient to walk to campus, though there is a short stretch with no sidewalk, but it was easy to walk alongside the road without being too close to cars.
