This was exactly what our group needed! A nice quiet gettaway. The house was beautiful! The master suite is stunning!! The fact we barely had to bring anything but ourselves and food was amazing. Traveling with a toddler the fact there was a pack and play and a highchair for us was such a great perk! Jade definitely thought of everything! We felt right at home and so comfortable we didn’t want to leave to do anything! The fact we had endless firewood for indoor and outdoor fires was amazing! The hot tub was a great way to end each night. The game room in the basement was a getaway for my nephew who slept and hung out down there. Everyone was so pleased with our stay and cannot wait to come again!

This was a perfect spot for our guys long weekend. If you have come across this listing for your next trip and it fits your search filters - book it! You won't be disappointed. Jeff and Kristin were great hosts right off the bat - sent us a detailed welcome guide that had so many useful recommendations and tips. The house is in a quiet area and it's a couple minutes from the main street. Close to great restaurants and breweries, and the hiking trail right out back was cool to check out. The house was clean, comforting, & cozy, and just as the photos show - plus the complimentary bottle of wine, candy jar, and coffee selection were so nice and make this airbnb stand out among the many we have stayed at before. Overall it was just the perfect spot to get away and relax with friends. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely try to rent here again!

this cabin was the cutest! it was perfect for a short getaway from home, and the hot tub was a fantastic amenity. I would definitely go back to this cabin, and would love to explore Scott’s other properties!

Our stay at the place was very pleasant, the house was clean and tidy. We grilled meat and had a great time. We would come back to this place without hesitation!

Beautiful cabin, everything looked the same as the pictures. Great place to get away from the city. Quiet and private. Although we didn’t need to contact the host throughout the stay Alexa was very attentive from check in to check out. :)

The lodge was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the location. Not too far from what we wanted to do. Christy was very responsive and made sure we were OK. Would definitely return. Deb

Evangeline was a wonderful host! Absolutely beautiful and homey cabin, it felt like we were visiting a friend’s home. Wasn’t sure what to expect because the size of the cabin at that reasonable of a price made us a little wary! But we were pleasantly surprised with everything being exactly as listed and advertised. Mary Jane and Judy made sure to give clear instructions for everything. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed. The wood stove and bathtub jacuzzi were a great bonus! The only thing that was missing an outdoor fireplace, the yard is perfect size for it! The river behind the house was beautiful as well. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Misty Mountain Hop was "as advertised" and more! We expected a cabin in beautiful surroundings with a full kitchen for our Thanksgiving stay. We got all that plus a cozy, comfortable and relaxing vibe that would be hard to list but is definitely part of this great accommodation. Of course the falling snow helped, but the wood burning stove, comfortable beds and furniture, rustic decor and complete dining area made our stay. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner plus several other meals and had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtful extras in the kitchen were appreciated, especially the coffee and tea. The heating system plus wood stove worked well. One note, if you will be there in Winter, the driveway is long and would be difficult to navigate with the snow if we did not have 4 wheel drive. The road however was promptly plowed. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a natural setting. Also Talia was helpful and communicative.

This truly is a treehouse in the woods. The setting was perfect, the home was amazing, and it’s such a great location with easy access to quaint Littleton town center. Will absolutely visit again.

We loved this private and cozy cabin! Sean was an incredible host - he responded so quickly and provided super clear instructions for everything. It snowed the day after we arrived, and he was in touch about plowing immediately and was even able to bring by a brush for our car because we'd forgotten one. Like other reviewers have said, the loft bedspace was a new experience, but it ended up being extremely cozy and comfortable! Lastly, we LOVED the sauna. It was such an amazing way to relax. As someone who likes having the option to cook, I loved coming back from the sauna to a warm cabin, making some light dinner in the well-stocked kitchen, and then putting some music for the rest of the evening. Would highly recommend!

Has everything you need. Great quiet location. Clean.

First of all , spotless is not the word it is like a brand new cabin when you walk in , driveway is tough the first time because of a blind corner but one of the many emails she sends prior to checking in explains it. Cassouki explains everything from codes to things to do. If you want to get away from everything and somehow still feel like you’re at home THIS IS IT. there is good reason it’s booked solid if you haven’t booked this do it now before it’s too late.

Perfect little cabin in the woods! It got everything that we needed. We can’t wait for next year booking to open , we will be back for sure!

What a great place! So perfect for a luxury escape on a budget! Saunas are amazing, bathroom is clean great showers, cozy cozy cozy interior with comfy bed and everything you need! Loved the little ethanol fireplace! Stayed so warm all night long. Also appreciated the little store because there isn't much to buy for food anywhere close by so come prepared! Delicious little treats! thank you thank you

We had a great stay here. The space was very clean and the area was beautiful. A great spot to have a little fire outside or just relax inside. A huge clean kitchen to cook in with a cute little living room to unwind. We felt very safe and at home here. We will absolutely stay in the future. 😊

We had an amazing week at Steve's place. The cove is spectacular and it's a great place to unwind and connect with nature. We were even treated to the birth of two loonlettes during our stay! Steve is very responsive and kind. We will definitely head back again.

We had such a beautiful weekend at Deb's cabin! The cabin was so cozy and welcoming. The area was very private and serene, which makes for a perfect city getaway! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at the Kinsman Cabin. The location was amazing, the views from the back deck were wonderful, even when we experienced some rain and clouds. This was one of the best appointed AirBnbs that we have ever stayed in. There wasn't anything we needed in the kitchen that wasn't there, appreciated the shower essentials in dispensers in the bathroom and the games and books provided. Michael was a great host, reaching out with a recommendation to go to the Sugar Hill overlook on a particularly pretty day that was much appreciated. Definitely recommend a stay at this cabin and would love to do so if we return to the Franconia area.

We had an incredible time! We visited in Dec and were lucky enough to go after a snowfall. The cabin is so peaceful and has an incredible view! Dennis and Sarah were so helpful and responsive in answering any questions. We are hoping to go back to continue to explore the area!

This was a great place to stay! I was looking for a relaxing weekend and this place was perfect. The yard and back porch was great to enjoy the lake and it's very private. The inside is all updated while the outside maintains a rugged outdoor cabin in the woods setting. Great coffee station too!
